I don¿t recommend this hotel , rooms are small , no fridge & hair dryer unless you pay extra money, old air conditioning .

other guests are loud and disruptive. the bartender at the pool bar was severely overstretched, please hire another bartender to help them out.

Bathroom so tiny, toilet so close to the sink. Not as clean as I was expected. No water on dinner , drinks must be bought.

- Veeery slow work of reception(>45 min spen on check in, a lot of strange papers to sign)- Air conditioner didn't work in heat mode- It was pretty cold in the room but no blankets available in the room nor the reception - Very bad noise isolation in the room- Shower worked badly - a very little flow of water due to broken hose

Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. The location was very good, a short walk to the beach but it is on quite a steep incline.Pool area was lovely.All the staff were really helpful and pleasant.

The wardrobe door jammed shut , apparently the wood swells with the humidity. But if the wardrobe door handles were bigger and not just little tiny knobs then maybe we could have opened them ourselves .

BED BUGS I CANT BELIVE IT !!! Look at the pictures what a absolute joke and how disgusting both of us had these bytes thinking what are they to find out there bed bugs that’s disgustingggggh ! All I can say is breakfast is ok,they had a good selection so that was ok.the dinner was allright but not great but that’s aspected, the thing that got to me and my partner was the room 635 was disgusting the smell was unbearable the air con stunk it was that damp smell and I mean unbearable plus the air con was leaking in the bedroom soaking my sliders and 2 big towels in the 3rd night we had the doors open with no air getting biting to bits, the 4th night after trying to communicate with the staff for 20 mins about the smell they gave us a room with 3 single beds when we’re a couple we slept the other side of the room from each other it was a joke but the room smelt fresh and clean so we just ran with it, next day they took room back and said they fixed the air con and the last 3 days we were there with a damp smelling room and the bathroom wellll u couldn’t put a dog in there it was that bad. And we had 2 single beds put together which is a joke when your a couple sleeping like kids in a single bed,so no not happy at all the only good thing in the hotel is the breakfast and staff were alll happy pleasant people the reception were useless like well it is what it is attitude which is not nice when your in a foreign country tired and stressed but trying to have a good holiday it was a joke getting ready looking good but smelling damp dog smell not acceptable guys not all 635 is not and shouldn’t be slept in until it’s fixed and the room smells clean it’s a joke it ruined our experience at the hotel so no plz room 635 plz check flooding the room, small single beds, and smells like cheesy feet not happy guys.

The only positive was that the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

The location was horrible. Noise always. You could hear the next room speaking like they were beside you. Music from outside all day. The room was way too small. Balcony overlooked from all angles. We paid extra for the higher floor, but the room was still too small with no view. The hotel needs total updating. Pool area horrible. Not for relaxing. Would not go back to this Hotel. This Hotel is only for young single people. NOT for couples.

Polite and helpful staff, possibility of doing sport activities for free

No smart tv in the room (there is regular tv), no hair dryer in the room unless you demand one on the reception, weird positioning of mattresses (two mattresses next to each other that can easily separate so you can fall in between them)

Location: close to the beachStaff: Marga down at reception and Nieves at the restaurant, both great ladies.

There's no hairdryer in the room, no mini-fridge, only one elevator for so many floors, food repetitive.

Good location, good facilities for this price (pool and gym), very clean.

It’s a bit loud- in summer there will be groups of teenagers, but that’s the nature of this town. WiFi patchy.

The receptionist Diana is a sweet gem and extremely helpful and kind. The location is good and the room itself was big but the washroom was extremely small and hard for even one person to fit properly.

Positives: - The staff were helpful & friendly. - The location of the hotel is close to the beach & restaurants/bars. 15 minutes by taxi to airport (20/25€). - The pool and gym areas were really great, especially the outdoor weights set up. - The hotel was very clean & rooms were cleaned each day. - There is a good range of food at dinner and breakfast, although occasionally interesting choices at breakfast (mashed potato, rice, cauliflower…)

Improvements: - The air con in the room was a little out dated and did not work well.- If you aren’t going on holiday for a party (like we weren’t) I would choose to stay in a different area. - You can’t take your own water into dinner and they do not have access to a tap. Drinks are expensive (€6.90 for two diet cokes).

Would not recommend

Came at checkin time and still check in wasn’t available. Waited for the room about one and half hour. Rooms are old really old, doesnt look like in the photos. Shower and toilet is really small and again really old same as furniture. Price is insane for one night, for the same price you really can get anywhere better.

No urgency from waitress service to serve you and one didn’t know how to give correct change when paid with cash

I liked the staff and the food , very good ? and very welcomedAnd especially the receptionist Magda , she is and example how your staff should relate with your guests

I didn't like the fact that some of the guests were under the influence of alcohol and they disturbed the night of the rest What is the point of signing a a pice of paper were you are asked to respect the property, the staff and the rest of the guest, if some of us are allowed not to do it .The last night of our stay was a nightmare, because of the people that stayed a floor above us and nearly ruined our stay. I did call at the reception but not much was done about it I think that is a nice hotel , but too many young adults are allowed to stay and they don't behave as should
