Hotel Ipanema Beach

It was fine

They don¿t have free wifi like it says on the website. Their wifi is also really expensive and they charge by by how many devices you connect.

The staff was very friendly. Nice balcony and great bar that's open till well past midnight. There was a dedicated cook making omelets at breakfast.

There is NO parking (parking is a big issue in Mallorca). Pool is only open from 10:00 to 18:00. The bed, sheets, pillows, towels and toilet paper are all horrible quality. There wasn't any shower gel available. Airconditioning is cooled from a central point with no possibility of setting the temperature in your room. There was no ironing board available. The same music playlist is played by the pool every single day containing the same ~25 songs. Chilling by the pool for ~1.5 hours was enough to notice the loop.All in all, this was not a 4-star hotel as advertised. If I weren't a decent human being I would have asked for a refund.

Nice Gym and Spa.

Beds are super bad. No access for friends from outside during the day, not even for a coffee.

Cold food, cold staff..not great at all. Very apparent it was the end of the season. Hot lamps not working to keep food warm, and although we complained to both restaurant staff and reception, nothing was done. Dangerous.

Food options, there were some options, but the meat was very limited and often not good. Only 1option usually and too much fish.

- Great location near the S’Arenal beach- 10-12 min bus ride from the airport- Very modern and well maintained in general - Amazing pool environment- Great underground gym, sauna, steam room with a view to the forest- Very calm and quiet, although located just 5-7 mins away from the the beachfront road with all sorts restaurants, bars and night clubs

- Pool, gym, sauna only open from 10 AM to 6 PM- Room doesn’t have water kettle or coffee maker

The staff were very nice and the rooms were spacious.

The type of crowd/tenant that were in the hotel and the area, mainly noisy party people, its not a suitable place for families.Not to mention there is no parking in this hotel or the other hotels next door, so parking will take 30 minutes to find.

Apsolutelly everything. Cleaning service was amazing, never bother us while we were in the room but when we came back everthing was perfectly clean (every day). 5 minutes walk from the beach. 2 min walk from bus station. Comfortable bed and big terace.

We was there previous year and we were happy with everything, that's why I decided to book again. Hotel is nice, food - delicious and there's variety, swimming pool is new and good place to relax. Rooms are clean, we were having room with view to swimming pool and I was happy from this fact. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is not far away from the hotel.

You need to pay for Wifi.

a very inadequate woman at the reception named Angelica. she is rude and swears in Russian. and complains loudly to her friends on the phone about her terrible job and the hotel’s terrible clients. the elevator did not work 2.5 days out of 6. The closest beach is very shallow- for small children. you need to take a bus or walk 25-30 minutes to the beach

Small room, clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very well made up and not a far walk from the beach, maybe 8 minutes. There are plenty of small stores and restaurants close by and bus stops if needed.

No fridge or AC, and at night it can be very loud due to the other guests.

Very clean and friendly staff . Good value for money and plenty of food ? if you do half board. 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the bus to get in to airport or Palma city . Both bus run every 20 minutes.

Is not because I am complaining but at check in and out what look like busy times there, in my opinion should have more staff.

Nice location

Bed too small, my feet was outside the bedCouldn't sleep, first because of a live concert everyday super loud, then because of my room neighbours - we can hear absolutely everything and I couldn't sleep

Very nice and helpful staff. My room was clean and the cleaning staff was very kind also. Breakfast was okay to me.

So noisy neighbors/neighborhood. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. If you want to chill and rest this is not your hotel. But if you are a 23 years old drunk german/dutch, this place is for you!

Hotel and swimming pool exceptionally clean. Bar and food are priced fairly. Good access to local bus services.

Taxi service is poor in the area.

a very nice stay, very good airco, pleasant staff, very good conditions and the best: QUIET! For this area (S'Arenal) this is the best asset for a hotel! Very nice breakfast as well
