The unlimited brunch is a great option given by the hotel. We had a breakfast in the morning, and we could still return for a brunch in the noon.The check out time is at 12:00, but the hotel gives you the opportunity to use their locker room for your luggage, in case your flight is later. There is a shower as well we could use, with towels provided by the hotel. The lobby and the pool are still usable during your last day.

Good location, normal breakfast, comfortable check in option. Pool territory was nice, pool was big enough.

I found a large amount of hair from the previous guest in the room, it didn't look tidy, the hairdryer didn't work, and there was no kettle.

Brunch till 13.30 is great, nice pool area and the spacious lobby.

The food although plentiful had little choice and the meat was sometimes overcooked.The staff a little off hand.The rooms very in need of updating .They could have lit the pool area at night but it was a little run down looking and tatty looking.

Very friendly atmosphere, everything what you need on holidays is on site for very good price. Staff very nice and hardworking. We loved evening dancing and entertainment

Food was basic & bland.Hardly any meat choice - only chicken in breadcrumbs, no other meat.Mattress was like concrete.Area around hotel appeared rough & dirtyRestriction on alcohol - only 3 drinks allowed in the evening.Entertainment area only allowed a beer if you paid for it {All inclusive??}Stairs & steps very dangerous.Smoking area directly outside reception {Very smelly}Air conditioning barely adequate.

Great food at the restaurant. Kind personnel. Beach and city services very near. Direct bus to the airport near the hotel.

Too noisy room/street. Traffic passing by, drunk tourists from the hotel across the street amplified by the architecture. Swimming pool too cold for babies and sun during the day obscured by buildings around. Long waiting time for elevators during peak times.

We visited hotel as a group of 6 adults and 4 children.The location of the hotel is excellent, approx. 5-10 min. from the beach.The food from the hotel restaurant was excellent, lots of vegetables, fruits and fish were also available. Nothing like McDonald's. The rooms were spacious, the mattresses harder but fine.The rooms for 2 people were located on a noisy street - but this does not affect the hotel, that the street is noisy.The rooms for 3 people were located on the side where the pool is - a quieter location.Our family will definitely return to the hotel next time.

The hotel was immaculately clean and rooms were serviced daily.

Hotel advertises All inclusive unfortunately the food is a very poor standard and we are out every day as the food was very basic and cold !

Hotel was lovely for price we paid. Comfortable and clean. Nice snacks available in the bar. Friendly staff. To be honest not sure why people have rated the food so bad and complained. Plenty of choices available- yes only your 3 alcohol drinks at each meal but this clearly advertised at time of booking. Sodas and juice etc free all day and if you want additional alcohol drinks you can purchase at bar which is very cheap price.

Food was terrible. Everything was old and soggy or dried up. Cold or half warm. Lack of choice and the choice was terrible. Paid for all inclusive but didn't bother using after trying dinner on first night and breakfast next morning. Was a complete waste of money. 3 tiny beers at dinner. There was no information given at at lobby about anything. Got to room no info pack nothing to hang on door to say don't come in. And because of that some cleaner walked in on my gf on the toilet. Towels were replace and put in the beday. Basically don't go to this hotel unless you are German, Dutch or Eastern European I'm sure some of the meals were OK for them who eat that type of cuisine. But even then the quality was terrible. Outdated when you look close, not very clean overall TV didn't work in the room. Remote had no batteries in it. Cleaners only cleaned my things not my gfs. Ruined our holiday as had to spend alot of extra money buying food and drinks for the 4 days. And put us on a bad stead for the rest of the holiday

We loved the personnel most, they were truly dedicated to their work and the bartender who was also a DJ in the evening is a true master of ceremony. The All inclusive package was of a good quality, there was a lot to choose from at breakfast, good coffee and juices, and also good quality of food and beverages for lunch and dinner. The common areas used by all guests were nice and the swimming pool was also good. Also the distance to the beach and yacht club is ok.

The rooms and bathroom walls were quite old, but the equipment was good and also cleaniness/room service was great. This needs to be taken in a context that the hotel is also not newly built.
