There is no parking and finding street parking is very difficult

Rooms are tinyThey didn't clean one of the rooms for 2 days despite flagging this with staff Bedroom with "twin" bed is actually a single bed. This really needs to be clarified for future guests. Call it what it is, a SINGLE bed, not a twin bed! The pool is pretty average

I liked the location, brunch and the size of the room.

The AC was not working at all we called the reception and they sent someone but it was not repaired until we checked out. The temperature was 30 degrees and it felt suffocating.The washroom door was broken and swollen. It was hard to lock the door from inside.The washroom has a mosquito and is smelly.We informed the staff about it but there is nothing much they did.The pool shown in the photos can't be used.

The breakfast was good, with lots of variety. Good location, close to the beach. Helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, good and varied food.

Lack of cleaning- extremely dirty.Stains on the bed covers and curtains, dried up urine on the toilet, full of dust and the floor was full of sand and concrete that was falling from the walls.

Handy for beach front and perfect for getting to airport. Staff were lovely

Unlimited brunch is what sets this hotel apart from others. Location is good. Staff very helpful.

Our room had a smell of drains coming from the bathroom. The mattresses could be comfier, they were quite firm, which might suit some.

The brunch is out of this world. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel in general is incredibly well maintained.

The breakfast/brunch buffet was very good, something for everyone. Had a balcony. Comfortable beds. Mercadona supermarket nearby, approximately a 5-minute walk. Bus stop very close for the airport bus (A2) every 30 minutes.

Had to go take our own kettle as we knew there wouldn't be one in the room. Check-in was slow, the machines wouldn't scan the passports; hotel needs more check-in kiosks. No comfy chairs in the room. No blackout curtains so it was quite light in the morning which could wake you up. Pool area small for the size of the hotel.

Great location and great breakfast. However the staff at the reception seemed to be a bit lost. We arrived late night, tired and all we need was a quick check in. Instead we had to wait a lot at the reception because of technical issues. The staffs were having arguments between them in front of everyone (not nice at all). When finally we had a room sorted it was with a wrong number of rooms. We returned to the reception and another room was given. The next room was believe or not occupied when we opened the door - frustrating. Once again we had up to the reception when finally the 3rd room was given and this time a staff came with us just to make sure ever was ok. Conclusion: if this happens at the off pick season I can imagine during the summer when the hotel is fully booked. After all, everything was good.

Was only 10 minutes away from the airport and beach was 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of locola shops and restaurants close too.

No car parking and hard to find space.Limited halal food options for breakfast.

Breakfast/Brunch has a good variety of foods

Some of the receptionists weren’t very welcoming. One in particular checked me out 10Minutes before my checking out time. Couldn’t access my room to pick up my belongings. Had to come down to the reception twice for them to let me access my room for a few seconds to pick up my belongings. I mean, if they locked my door card bang on at 12 then it makes sense but why at 11:50 when I was coming upTo the room to pick my belongings up?

Everything was excelent but the only complain I have is that the swimming pool should be a bit late like 8pm rather thank 6pm the others hotel of tent have untill 8pm but this one are no all the rules should be same.Thank you I enjoy stay there but a bit desapointed was the swimming pool close time are too early thank youRegs Martha Castillo

Nice hotel, clean and great location

just felt like the bathroom was really small and the power went of on me and breakfast is a little dry not many food or drink option

-brunch was a lot of variety and quite tasty. The juices were good as well-comfortable beds-friendly staff

-The shower is a bit outdated and the refrigerator in the room is very loud. -the water at brunch tasted like tapwater with chemicals. And the coffee was cheap and tasteless

Great staff, facilities are all there. Great price and breakfast is included.

Located in a party area, German tourists binge drinking. No parking, which is extremely challenging.
