Hotel Cassandra

Good location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bus from Airport stopped almost across the road so great transport connections. Being at the end of the strip, It was quiet enough to not be too loud but plenty going on, however acknowledge it was out of season so summer may be different. The hotel was basic facilities but clean and staff nice and helpful. Allowed us a late chdck out for a small fee due to late plane.. Didn't use the pool as went to beach so can't comment. Fabulous little Italian just across the road on the corner, went there twice it was so good.

It's quite a steep hill from the beach to the hotel The breakfast was basic. As a vegetarian there wasn't a huge selection but for the price, it was OK and plenty of supermarkets around to top up .

Good location, breakfast exactly what you would expect for a budget hotel.

My room didn't get cleaned. I had put a DND on the door as I was ill one day and got disturbed. After that they didn't clean my room - stayed there 4 nights.

Used place just for night after later fly.Basic breakfast.

I was not able to turn on AC.

A/C did not work. The receptionist said it would be fixed, but no one tried to resolve the problem.That critical point in summertime.

Room was never cleaned properly and towels never changed. Found hair in the shower 10 minutes after check in. It doesn’t matter how little you pay, not even in a hostel you get a room this dirty.

Buffet breakfast had a wide choice.

Wifi was not included (available at an additional cost). A lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor while having a shower, despite using shower curtain. Toilet seat was not properly attached.

The location was okay

Slept on the same sheets for our entire stay the cleaners never came. We had to pay for WiFi and put a deposit down in order to use the tv.

I loved the location. Just a quick walk and you‘re at the promenade. I loved the pool and the staff was really nice.

I liked the location as not far from beach, the airport and the centre of Palma. Cheap than other hotels on this area, staff were also friendly and had all facilities what a hotel can have.Kr Good service and atmosphere, The staff at this hotel were helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Cleaning, they didn’t clean the room not even sweeping the floors. Just folded the bedsheets and that’s it.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is reasonably clean, and they maintain the cleanliness daily. Its location is great, just a short walk from the beach, with several bus stops conveniently located right across the street. The staff are very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The only issue I encountered was with the bed—it felt more like a hostel setup, where two single beds were joined together to make one. I was expecting a proper double bed.

Great location. Airport bus right to the door. Close to beach and restaurants.

Load music/entertainment every evening from 21.30-23.15 from the neighbor hotel. We slept through it. The swimmingpool do not open untill 10.30 and closes 18.30.

It was close to the beach.

Lift - small, noisy and hard to catch. Beds - mattresses were different sizes, uncomfortable. Balcony - no view, only 1 cheap plastic chair, a second was provided but was broken. Bar - small, costly. Pool - small, not many sunbeds, overlooked. Room - facing neighbouring hotel which was loud, could hear everything in adjoining rooms, doors were loud, bathroom outdated and smelly, water pressure was practically non existent, no fridge, had to pay for air con, WiFi, safe. Pretty much an uncomfortable and tiring experience all round.

What I didn’t like about the hotel is that it’s really dirty, the bathroom was horrible, the toilet was extremely dirty, the bathtub was also extremely dirty. They were hair and sand from the beach from the previous customer. The bed was horrible, it was really painful to sleep. You need to pay for the remote for the A/C and for the TV. The internet wasn’t free, for 1 day, it was 4 euros, for 3 days, it was 9 euros and for 1 week it was 15 euros per person! The room was SO dusty. The room had a fly. If you want the remote for the TV, you also had to pay. The cups, knife and fork for the breakfast were REALLY dirty (especially the cups). The elevator was EXTREMELY dirty, you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator or more than 10 minutes. I had to walk from the 5th floor to the reception. I feel like I wasted £400 for 3 nights, so not worth it.

Room is clean, beds are comfortable, got balcony and everything it needs. towels and cleaning of the room daily. We had breakfast and was very good and the staff was very nice.

All the hotel needs a lot of maintenance as doors are old and creaky, cold water at the shower was just dripping, bathroom doors not shutting, Maybe some smoke detectors in the rooms as some guests were smoking in the rooms. Lift limited to just 3 peoples so a family of 4 will need to either split in 2 trips or some just take the stairs. Not agree with paying for AC and TV remote and wifi should be standard(didn t really bother us because good roaming and lot of data)

Unfortunately our holiday was not really a holiday. I would say that it was a mistake to choose Hotel Cassandra, as we spend most of the time being stressed by the poor services they provided.

Starting with first day on arrival we found our rooms not cleaned... to dirty dishes in the restaurant. Mostly health and safety and few employees attitude and lack of interest to help.Aswell we were mislead by different pictures posted on their website.
