No free wifi?! Cmon, which century are we?

Everything was nice, the rooms were fine, breakfast and dinner very good.

I was shocked to be charged for the WiFi. First time in my life. Moreover, the WiFi quality was not worth it so I switched to my cellular data. I was working online one day and this was a very unpleasant experience.

The breakfast had great and many choices, the warm food even had allergens next to it and there were some gluten free choices as well. The mattress was hard (nicely so!) and there were multiple pillows (even the half ones). The hotel had great location - very close to the bus stop to and from Palma and Airport. The long sand beach was cca 10 minutes walk and 15-20 minutes walk to the other side took you to sea as well (rocky ground, better bring shoes for swimming, but less people and no sand).

There was quite a queue for a coffee each breakfast (the two coffee machines were fairly slow). There was only one electrical socket in the room and one in the bathroom. If you plan to charge multiple devices, you need to think about it. The cleaning solution had strong smell (flowery) - it was OK for me, but my mother found it quite irritating. The cleaning crew was very proactive, any empty plastic bottle was taken from the room even if it was not next to or in the rubbish bin.

Decent price for what is offered

- Hard to find parking, but there is a field that is an improvised parking lot 10 minutes away- Noisy cleaning staff in the morning on the hallways- We had ants in our bathroom - No minifridge in the room - The single beds are moving around the room- It is mandatory to wear the plastic bracelet to have access to breakfast. You will get a nice bronze with it.

Our bathroom was leaking so a plumber had to come fix it- while doing that our room was open the whole time (we were at breakfast, someone could steal anything).Also parking is haaaaard to find around the hotel. If youre lucky you get a space on a parking really near it but we rarely got it there.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable and had a good size balcony. Cleaned every day if you wanted.Lovely bar and pool. Nice atmosphere in the evenings for a drink outside.Lovely air conditioned reception.Staff very nice and helpful.10 min walk to the beach and restaurants and shops and 15 min walk to the bus 25 to Palma. Breakfast very fresh, lovely wholemeal rolls.Very good value for money for a 3 star.

Room was a little small so not much space to move around.Not many vegan options for breakfast (tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns) and fruit but lots of meat, cheese and eggs.Stair carpets need replacing as very worn. Pool closes at 8 which was a shame.Bright lights on the balconies until midnight. Breakfast room was a bit bright (lighting) and toaster took many goes to toast bread.

Would be Good for young partygoers

Arrived 16mins before 2pm, completed check in procedure to be told I have to wait for the 16 mins to get key but I can go & enjoy the bar - took 3 in person requests and after email follow up to get invoice - hotel has fairly low soundproofing so you hear people in corridors, outside door and all around - bad security on balconies, very easy access & transparent separators so no privacy, terrible design, stains on rough towels, inadequate bathroom as you struggle to get in/out shower basin without hitting corner sink

Me and 1 friend booked this hotel for 5 nights. On the 2nd day we were going to visit a friend on the other side of the island and would stay there for one night. We mengioned to the reception that we will come back. Although when we came back some days later our room was not our room anymore and it was sold to another person. Nobody called us to check on us. And we had to pay ourselves for another hotel this night. There was not any solution from this hotel to offer us a place to stay and we had to arrange this ourselves! We also left some of our stuff in the hotel because we would come back there and this was nowhere to find and nobody has seen it.How could you leave guest like that?!

Don’t do it to yourself!!

Bruno the bar man swore at me and my partner!! He was throwing bottles around was screaming at clients and also screaming at other team members!!! He was disgusting and unhinged!! I felt very unsafe !! Do not stay here if you want to relax

I do not recommend the hotel.When I made my reservation, I already indicated to the hotel that I wanted a quiet room, compared to the noisy party, we got a room next to partying Germans. we didn't get another room even though we asked in vain, the receptionists only kept promising us for days. we did not receive a TV remote control for two days.the plug fell out of the wall, the terrace door did not open.The shower curtain let the water through, when showering, the entire bathroom was swimming in water .There was no shampoo and separate shower gel in the bathroom, only a foam dispenser.The very young receptionists could not do their job and were not helpful.

More toiletries in the bathroom.Lack of detailed information on what is available in the rooms. For example, more than one guest did not know that there was a mini fridge in bedrooms.I noticed there was one in the room just before my check out.
