Staff members was really great but else can't even think what I like nore wht I didn't like

Ants in the room mosquitos bed bugs never changing bed clothes had to ask for extra toilet papers uncomfortable bed high sofa not comfortable small room can't navigate freely a lot of things didn't like can't remember all

Rooms have poor isolation so it is a bit noisy

I’d rather choose to stay on the streets.

The mannerism by the staff had left me appalled, not only will they get angry when you can not understand them as a foreigner they will not try and make communication better. As well as that the room we had had very to little space to walk freely as the beds were from one side of the room to the other and made walking to the balcony or toilet very hard at night.

Lovely 3* hotel. Comfortable location, nice beach, good breakfast and dinner. It was every day cleaning, nice view from the 6th floor.Enjoyed the weekend in Manaus Hotel.Thank you ☺️

Some problems with WiFi in the rooms, but it worked properly in lounge near reception.

Disappointing

From the very beginning, when we arrived at the hotel and checked in, I didn’t like the way the staff communicated with us . They took our passports from us and gave them back only a day later and said that if we don’t give up our passports for the day, we simply won’t be accommodated in a hotel and they communicated with us in a rude manner . Honestly, after such an act, we would have turned around and left, but the hotel was paid for in advance by us. We stayed in this hotel for five days, not once in five days was our room cleaned, the walls are very thin that you can hear all the neighbors around.

the water smells chlorine and you don’t receive fridge to keep water in hot days,for AC you need to pay 20€ in bar otherwise you won’t get get but they give this 20€ while you depart from hotel

Nice breakfast, no complaints there. Location was good, close to everything with shops and bus stop nearby and only short walk to the beach

Strangely the bathroom had no doors . Things like soap, shampoo and washing gel would have been nice if included

Room was spacious. Bathroom was good size. Both clean.

Better than hostel, but definitely it’s not a 3 stars hotel :D + spacious room and bathroom+ comfy beds+ donuts and English breakfast + towels changed every day + location; close to the beach, bus stop + it was not that loud how I expected it could be - usually quiet after 11pm, but take ear plugs with you just in case if you go there :D

- I didn’t feel safe in this hotel. I left “don’t disturb” card at the handle and the staff got in anyway; then the card was taken from me for the rest of my stay there. Some previous reviews here say the same so don’t know why no one has told the cleaners to not enter the rooms without permission; - I made a reservations of a room with balcony - I got a room with terrace, but the walls at the terrace were so low that everyone from the other rooms could get in. A lots of drunk people there so you never know. - They request to assign one declaration that is in Spanish - if you don’t know Spanish language then you don’t really know what you are assigning. They says it’s just a confirmation that the documents that you provide them with are really yours… hmmm- No blankets in the room so a bit chill as you cannot switch the aircon off if you don’t have the remote (£20 deposit required if you want the remote for your stay) you can of course take the electricity card off but then not possible to charge phones over the night. In general not bad for that money if you only sleep there and going out for the whole day.

Most of the staff were very friendly.

The first impression with the night porter was horrendous, a African chap didn't have a clue about anything and gave us no information. The room was tiny, not like photo room 301. The balcony wasn't safe and glass wobbled so we could sit out.The awful music in breakfast & lobby! The cold breakfast ( hot buffet) was so cold.Ordered a airport taxi with reception, never came was late for flight.Pool cloudy and very unclean. Couldn't swim in it as so dirty and full of bits from drunk lads!!WiFi was €1 a day! Why even charge!! Yes its cheap but room was enough to give WiFi.

Hotel was nice clean and staff nice.

Told check in was at 2, sat waiting for room until 3.20.The noise inside the hotel was like nothing I've ever known. So so loud everyone screaming and shouting all night long. People knocking on all the doors. Was nearly impossible to sleep and we felt very uncomfortable having 3 young children with us.

The breakfast was Excellentemente✨✨✨✨✨ Amazing quality and incredible choices of Vegan veg y ultra.....Yummmmyyy. Great Staff super helpful and supportive....Gracias mucho mucho! Clean tidy and friendly...Only no Vegan or Veg choices for food....finally the second day ao ely gentleman told me about the the Super Mercado where the left cals shop...A perfect choice for vegan/veggies in this area with great options and quality fruits n veggies...Yaaay thank you...I almost had to leave the area just to find food! A great recommendation when we ask for support in the future✨✨Thank you

Closely Facing a building ,no view! Later was ok because I REALIZED I just needed some quiet SPACE!???

Great location, nice area, everything close by walk, huge beach. I've got a balcony and there is a pool downstairs. There is a luggage room where is a bathroom, so I could take a shower after check-out. It is a big advantage.
