Liked the pool, the bars, the (booked sea view) view from the 5th floor. Staff helpful & friendly. Hotel's nice, good, clean, good cost point for Island I think. Bus stop for Palma outside hotel, 2 euros (cash in late 2025) each way and about an hour ride. Tourist info office 10mins walk down road.15min taxi to airport.

Occasionally the buffet food could have been hotter (booked all inclusive - was nice). There was a microwave just in case.

Not enough sunbeds for number of guests. Evening entertainment hosted outside on the balcony area where again not all guests could fit..games room shut at close of pool time so unable to play table tennis or pool in the evening..

Almost nothing

1)Not clean(most of the plates in restaurant were not clean)2)Super noisy because of chicken and roosters living beside the hotel, could not sleep during the night.I talked to the staff about this and they told me they have this problem for a long time and they can not do anything.3)There were parties in the ground floor managed by the hotel almost every night so lots of noise in the night.4) Rooms had smell of humidity.

The hotel itself is not far from the airport. They do very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is very very clean and tidy with friendly staff members at the reception. The rooms are spacious with lovely balcony. There’s good bar at the hotel. There’s swimming pool and gym too. It’s a lovely hotel

quiet area away from party places, walkable distance to beach, lovely view from the balcony looking over pool and pine forest. Tours can be booked at the hotel. Nice surprise that sauna and jacuzzi was free of charge. Lovely cleaning lady was looking after our room daily

Staff wasn't rude but didn't make us feel welcome apart from lovely girl Barbie. Dinnertime was crazy- very busy and no system in place so bit of chaos if you come at the rush hour.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. There are 2 public car parks nearby at no extra charge. The hotel is located in the "heart of downtown", making it convenient for exploring local attractions and walking to the beach.**Check-in experience:**.Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay.**Room:**Our room was a standard double with sea views. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with modern facilities. The beds were "comfortable and provided a good night's sleep". **Amenities:**.The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, bar, daily programmes at no extra cost and complimentary breakfast. We booked half board and enjoyed the evening buffet and drinks to our hearts' content. I particularly enjoyed the terrace with its stunning sea views.**Food:**We had breakfast and the quality, variety etc of the food was simply delicious with plenty of options. Service was prompt and attentive.**Staff:**The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any enquiries or requests.**Final thoughts:**.Overall, I would recommend the Azuline Hotel Bahamas y Bahamas to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in S'Arenal, which is only a 9 minute drive from the capital Palma de Mallorca. I would definitely consider returning in the future!

**Areas for improvement:**Whilst our stay was enjoyable, we did encounter a few minor problems. The two single beds joined together used to roll when we moved during our sleep, which is not so comfortable with a gap in between.

I liked everything. The room has everything you need and also a beautiful view. The staff is friendly. Special thanks to Silvia at the reception desk for her support throughout the stay. Thank you for the little holiday.

"I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and unfortunately had a rough start. The initial room we stayed in had poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep due to the noise. As the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to switch rooms that night. However, once we moved to a different room, things improved significantly, and the experience became more pleasant.One other issue was the internet connectivity — it wasn't very strong and didn’t reach all areas of the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient.While there were challenges, I did appreciate the efforts made to improve our stay in the end."

Room was ok for the short holiday. Food was tasty and various. Staff was helpful. Option for the fresh juice would be nice to have.

Pool opening hours start too late in the morning. Evening party music was too loud and was heard to the 6th floor rooms, impossible to sleep.

We had a rest together as a couple, the rest was very good! the service is at the highest level! a special impression from the administrator Sylvia, she is very friendly always ready to help with any issue! we recommend this hotel! Thank you very much for a wonderful rest!

Everything was amazing. We stayed in this resort for 7 nights and it was amazing choice. Amazing food, friendly and really excellent staff is working there. This resort can be proud to have them there.

And we are travelers around the world.Thia is the list of things that we found very unprofessional, disturbing and just unpleasant.The service at the hotel was incredibly slow and unprofessional.When we were supposed to enjoy breakfast and dinner everything was chaos and very loud. We became so stressed everytime we where going to eat.The food was under all criticism. It was really bad quality and no flavors at all, as well as undercooked bacon. This opinion comes from a former chef with 20 years from the industry.Because of this we didnt eat dinner the rest of the stay.The first day when we arrived we were supposed to have snack on the 2 floor and we didnt get the information that we were supposed to give a chef the ticket so we where sitting there for 45 min waiting. After that he came up and fixed some pizza slices and made us come up to the bar and get them even though where the only ones there. That felt like a joke.The shower in our room had almost no water presaure and while we were in the shower the temperature changed every 20 seconds so we burned our faces as well as it suddenly was very cold.On the pictures of the hotel there is sun at the pool, so i got the impression of us being able to get a tan from after breakfast, this was not poasible because the sun came so much later in the afternoon.A couple of the mornings we have been waking up at 07.15 of some of the workers at the hotel screaming and talking very loud by the pool. Waking us up early when we are on vacation and want to sleep in. I had to literally go out to the balcony and ask him to stop screaming.To sum it up we feel that everything on the website is false advertising.We would greatly appreciate if you reimburse us for our stay, we have not given our review yet.

Food was good and great variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Room cleaning was poor, the dinner was served from 1900 to 2130 which is ridiculously early.

Great range of food, well cooked something different every evening, really helpful staff, great location, 15 mins from airport by taxi, water park 5 mins by car, beach 15mins walk, bus stop to Palma 5 mins walk, bus to Palma non stop 15 mins pool is clean, Gym, jacuzzi, and sauna, all ok.

The rooms were OK, could do with some updating but more than comfortable. Pool can get very busy at weekends. 9

Bad

Don't waste your money!Spring matress that will give you the worst back pain in the morning, balcony door which will test your strength if you choose to go outside and try breathe a bit of fresh air, shower that has a mood of its own with changing water temp as it pleases (from super cold to burning hot), ants in the room even tough you are on the 4th floor, towels with stains left as new in your room, A/C which leaks overnight on the tiled floor so you slip on the water while trying to reach toilet in the middle of a night, handyman grinding a ceiling in the hall in front of your bedroom in 9am (not stoping for the next 4 hours), breakfast average at best. Even tough we booked this hotel for 7 days we left after two as this was anything but a relaxing holiday.

Very friendly staff who were only too happy to help. They even let us use the facilities after we had checked out as we had a late flight home. Fresh, tasty food from the buffet and great location next to the airport bus stop.
