The location is great and we had our room on the 4th floor with a huge balcony!

There was mold on the shower…And one day the cleaning lady forgot to give us towels so we had to get some ourselves

It was worth the price, good location and a reasonable stay for one night.

There were some ants and the furniture was a little worn out. Could have been cleaner.

The hotel environment and the staff try to help and to do job well, they try to do everything in the best possible way, it's great. The hotel's location also allows you to visit beautiful beaches in the north and east if you don't plan to rent a car. Price = quality ?

I didn't like that the hotel cleaner came to me before the end of my stay and told me to leave because she needed to clean, but I paid for the extra time at the hotel and my sign on the door was do not disturb. It was unexpected and stressful, because I needed to calmly get ready for the plane, so that no one would disturb me.

Great location, great friendly staff. Rooms are a little tired but great value for money. Just the job, 30 seconds walk to the beach.

The location is fine, very near bus stops and in a great era if you want to party. Ok stay but would not reccommend or go again.

Don’t book this hotel! I had the worst experience ever!

The room smelled awful, as if it had been closed for a long time. The door wouldn’t close properly, and when it was closed, we couldn’t open it. I didn’t sleep all night because of people screaming in the corridor and banging on the door. This was the worst experience ever! Don’t book this hotel—you will be disappointed. Most of the guests were very young and disruptive.

Location is super, and the rooms are cute

They should put a fridge, it's necessary. Also coffee and tea will be good.

We have the best day in Casthotel Leblon of S Arenal Palme de Mallorca Spain vacation wonderfull weather and nice beach . The only worst day in Casthotel Leblon was so sad I lost my new shoes Sketchers size 28 color off white !!!! If you found my shoes returned it in front disk receptionist of Casthotel Leblon I lost my shoes july 28 2024 our stay last july 31 2024. Remember you are a human and your not normal you took things which is not yours ! do not be happy of what you’ve done of stealling ! do not act like evil you supposed to returned my shoes to the front disk receptionist ! hopefully your guilt of stealling will not harm you someday be ashamed to your dishonesty . Be aware to all guest in this hotel valued things of yours make sure hold fully attended allways .
