Hotel Gracia

Perfect breakfast – 10/10. A wide variety of quality items and plenty of choice across all types of food. The rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were changed regularly. The hotel is very close to the sea, and despite El Arenal being famous for drunk tourists, it was fairly quiet. The rooms were a good size, the bathroom was new and very nice, and toiletries were provided and refilled when needed – a big plus. There’s also a pool, though we didn’t use it so I can’t comment on it. Free drinking water was always available in the kitchen.

There was no fridge in the room. The balconies had no dividing walls between them, so there was no privacy.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, they had gluten-free options upon request. Hotel is located right next to the beach. They let us stay at the pool after checking out until our flight.

Rooms weren't fully cleaned everyday. Some days only the bed was made with the same sheets. Towels weren't changed daily either. This wasn't a big problem for us, but we still would've appreciated a more thorough daily cleaning.

The AC was functioning but it wasn’t super cool. It felt humid in the room.

The location is unmatched and the property is clean all around. The pool was nice, the breakfast something to look forward to and not miss. Above all though the staff was very helpful and cheerful. Shoutout to Sandra who checked us in and made sure we were having a pleasant time. Room service did a thorough job each day - difficult task given the sand that inevitably makes its way into the room. :/ Also if you need a taxi they can call you one from the lobby. It’s also not in the thick of the other hotels so you couldn’t hear late night parties. Would definitely recommend!

Having towels for at least the pool would’ve been nice but otherwise buying towels on the streets was possible for max 3€.

The rooms was without noise cancelation. we heared all noises from corridors, when people walk, sometimes it looks like someone comes in our room at night, because you wake up for this noise, but it was just noise from corridor. The bar 'Granat' or similar name, was really 'hard rock' until 6 am. Location is good and also not good, because you can reach the bus stops by foot, and take a car (rent) if you need from the street by the beach.

The hotel was perfectly positioned - very close to the beach so you could nip back in the day plus it was central to all restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and our room was cleaned and bed made every day by the fabulous housekeeping team.The breakfast buffet provided a great choice of fresh fruit, meat, cheese and salad as well as hot treats of eggs, bacon, sausages etc. The staff couldn't have done any more to make our stay more enjoyable - they are a terrific team and work hard to provide a A* service.

The hotel was clean with easy check in and very friendly helpful staff.

The only small thing was my room seemed to have an extraction chimney in the wall so every morning I heard fans start up when they fired up the kitchen.

Free breakfast made this hotel worthwhile, basic room but has a nice balcony. Downfall is can be very noisy at night when people are drunk on their balconies.

Noise, no fridge

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Free drinking water provided. Staff were friendly and cleaners were on the ball when it came to cleaning your room as in we went for breakfast and the room was cleaned when we returned.

Property was great but the street location needs tidying up which isn’t under their control as it’s adjacent buildings that are in disrepair.

It was clean, comfortable and a few blocks from Metro Station and one block to the beach and lots of restaurants. The included breakfast was wonderful with lots of meats, cheeses, egg dishes, breads and fruits, cereal, yoghurt, etc.

If we had been in the room next door, we would have had perfect sunsets nightly, as our view was partially blocked by a building. That room remained empty for the five nights we were there.

If room above us used toilet, sink, shower, move or talk we could hear it like it was in our room. I've recorded it it's unbelievable. And we were unlucky to have people above that every night used bathroom on/off from 22:30-2:30 morning, so basically we could only sleep after 3am, So the very basic need I expected from this hotel which is a little peace and quiet was not possible to get.

The room was basic but modern, shower and beds were great. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, they helped us with everything. The breakfast was really good. There are a lot of options. The beach is very close and nice. They have a cold water bar and you can fill your bottles for free. Also you can store your luggage.

We were missing a shelf in the toilet to put our things on top. There was some noise from the next door bar and hotel, but that isn't their fault.
