Firstly the staff on reception checking us in were lovely and helped us as it’s all on a touch screen. The unlimited brunch was really nice and lots to choose from. Cocktails and sangria was a good price at the bar ? everywhere was lovely and clean in the rooms and communal areas.

We loved everything!!

The staff was helpful, and kind. When we had a problem with our room they upgraded us to a better one which made the stay better.

It’s run-down. The sheets and towels have old stains, and some towels even have holes in them. In the first room we got, the AC was leaking water into the floor, the shower had to be held when showering, and the internet didn’t work. We did complain and got upgraded to a better room, but the sheets and towels still had old stains. The rooms are okay for sleeping; they’re basic. The hotel brunch is what you expect—a little of everything, and it was okay. This hotel seems suited for people who come to party, and there were lots of party people there, so expect the pool areas to be filled with drunk, loud people.

Breakfast was good, location is good.overall decent experience.

The room lacked a refrigerator, an amenity that should be standard, especially given the climate. We also found the mattress on the third bed to be worn out and unsupportive.

Parking was a little bit difficult to find.

Great concept with the unlimited brunch. Was good going for breakfast and then back for lunch. Rooms spacious, clean, basically everything you need. Loved that you could hire beach towels. Plenty of sunbeds. Five minute walk to the front.

Wish there had been a bedside light. Was too bright with all the ceiling lights. Walls are a bit thin, could hear the conversations and music in the next room.

Bed side lights hadn’t been installed yet but the reception staff failed to explain the situation when we checked in. Bright over head lighting or nothing is not what you expect in any hotel.

To go to Palma old city centre, take public bus #23 and come down at Cathedral, ticket 2euros CASH ONLYBus #23 outside the hotel goes straight to town and also to the bus/coach/train station (Estació de Bus) on Plaça d'Espanya. Many coaches bring you all over the island. Cheap and fast. Pay with cash or card on the coach.

No ventilation in the bathroom so lots of condensation inside!Same in the bedroom.Opening the window is essential as we reach 75% humidity after 3 showers!

I liked yhe wide range of hours for breakfast from 8hs to 13:30hs. They call it BRUNCH, so you access the buffet as many times you want during that time. Also, checkin and checkout (till 12am) is great.The facility has a small gym, 3 swiming pools, a bar and pool table.

I would have liked to count with water heater in the room to make tea without going to the expresso machine often.On the other hand, room had a unique light. It would be nice to have nightstand or spot light.

We didn’t have the best stay here and probably wouldn’t choose to book again. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. However the rooms were small ( too small for 3 people). You could hear every noise from the next rooms and there was so much noise at night including the early hours from people returning to their rooms. We didn’t have a good nights sleep for our entire stay and were so pleased to be going home. The majority of guests were German and we felt slightly out of place being English. The hotel is around 5 minutes walk to the beach front area but the streets to get there didn’t feel the safest. We were a family of 3 women ages between 74 and 13 and had to make sure that we all always walked together. The pool areas are small but clean. The all you can eat brunch was ok but the same was offered each day but it was all decent food.

The property photos looks like it's so big rooms with all facilities. I would say it is basic facilities hotel and the unlimited breakfast which is their selling point is again average menu and it's almost same spread all the days. The swimming pool is not heated and clean so can't even use it

The location was amazing and the hotel was really nice!Breakfast was tasty and with different choices but the best thing was the staff.Always available, nice and kind.Special mention goes to Federico, great guy with amazing advice about the city and stuff to do around. Thank you so much guys

Noisy, pools are not relaxing as they are beside busy roads and one of them looked fairly dirty too Bar menu pricing weren’t updated hence it felt like we were cheated, paying for large (500ml) beer but getting a glass that measures around 350ml
