Dirty old horrifying area no parking no wifi or hot water bad food no Aircon noisy bad beds bad smell brown water rock pillows.

he room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was good.

Hotel was clean.

Staff were abrupt and reception unwelcoming.All inclusive only included drinks with dinner & lunch, apart from fizzy pop.Food was ok, but nothing remotely special. We had trouble finding good options for my partner with dairy intolerance. Pool was closed, but this wasn't highlighted on booking.comTerrace bar was closed. Location was out of the way

The room is nice and clean, even though the furnishing style feels dated.

The staff was amazing it was clean the location was perfect.

Comfortable hotel with a couple of pools and plenty of space to relax. Food variety good and varying day to day.

Aircon in need of an upgrade both in rooms and around the hotel bar / entrance. Entertainment could do with an upgrade in evenings. Alcoholic drink limits could be handled differently.

Breakfast great selection. Also warm cooked foods. Nice view from the apartment. Not loud at night. They gave me free late checkout to make up for the check-in situation.

Had to wait an hour when I arrived because booking.com took a while to come through, but also because they were overbooked and had to being me to another hotel (close by though).

It was close to the beach, quiet and very chilled out vibe, with the option for a more upbeat vibe on the sky bar

The all inclusive menu wasn’t great, there was no signage on the food so not sure what half of it was without guessing. There was mould in the shower, the room smelt a bit funny and the pools were quite small. Although for a solo traveller it was quite easy to find a sun bed however more people might struggle.

We've spent here just some hours before our early flight. The hotel is close to the airport - that is its biggest value. The staff was good and welcoming, facilities were quite ok. We haven't got the breakfast, because left early. We booked it at the same date of our check-in and the price was really nice.

Beds were not really comfy. It was quite hot and air conditioning was noisy. When we openned the window, we can hear the noisy street.

Helpful and very nice staff, Mirrors all over the room and an extra movable mirror in the bathroom, Minibar, Lightly tinted glass on the balcony balustrade which helped against warming up, Lights at the bed head, The bed was unexpectedly big and super comfortable,Tasty food and a big range of choices,Shower with a hydromassage,Big wardrobe and many places to store things

Sometimes it's getting a little stuffy in the bathroom while the doors are closed,Elevators could be renovated which would help to improve their speed and reaction

The fact we was not told about the limited all inclusive drinks on 3 for lunch and dinner This is not the hotel fault not advertised properly

noisey neighbourhood and noisy air conditioning in building

the rooftop of the hotel is beautiful, and the hotel is not far from the sea

You will not be able to enter your room before 2pm, the box of things important in the room must be paid for, the room is very small, and breakfast is missing a lot of things, even coffee and milk are very bad.

Really pleased the room was exceptionally clean the hotel all areas same spotless comfortable beds quiet on an evening breakfast was good choices plenty of variety would highly recommend. Friendly helpful staff.

Bed and mattress are old and not comfortable

The staff is very friendly, close to airport which is what I needed

The food - dinner was horrible I ate 3 fries and went out to get proper food.Very noisy : the room next to mine people were screaming and talking all night, I called reception and went myself but they kept making noise even at 5am!
