Great location, very clean and spacious rooms and all the facilities we could need.

The location was really good and the price was good, pretty affordable, staff was friendly, it was clean.

Very few services, there was no ice machine, i asked to borrow a bottle opener and reception didnt have that, the next day tho the guy working the cafe/bar during the evening had one. We were not allowed to borrow wine glasses for the room but they did give us plastic cups. I also asked to borrow some cutlery and they didnt have that either. No laundry. There was no ambiance light in the room, only overhead light which is not so much a problem as it is just less attractive. The pillow was very thin but to be fair i didnt ask for a second one or a change. Shower had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner

The location of the hotel is a short distance to the beach and market.

The hotel was very noisy because of the huge group of young Germans. They don't respect others'quiet time.

I liked, the cleaners were very good and attention with us, also the recepcionist team, the woman in the bar a bit unpatient. but the rest were fine, very good location.

Its a bit noise overnight, because all the rooms make a eco in the hall. But for me was fine. But I know some people can have problem with that.

The terrace (with table and chairs) was practically another room!

We didn't need it, but there was a €5 daily charge for the use of the minibar for storage of own items (but, in all fairness, it was all explained in a notice on the desk; so no hidden fees).

It was near to the beach. Airport was nearby so it is convenient to travel. It was clean and maintained. The staff was helpful. It was peaceful as it was not around the city and I liked it a lot.

Looking at the parking situation in palma we didn’t get the parking. We had to find a free parking spot on the streets.

The room was big and clean and like the balcony which was a nice addition at the price. The Aircon was also very good and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. The staff were also helpful and got everything sorted easily.

The bed was cheap and not very stable with both me and my partner on it and had only one long pillow which was quite flat and difficult to get comfortable. I also found the sheets to be a bit scratchy and could have been better. The shower head was also very loose and fell off during a shower and sprayed the ceiling. Finally the safe and the balcony door didn't lock which was a bit concerning as we were on the second floor and would have been nice to have that peace of mind.

Location good to get to beach.

Pillows were really thin. The “double bed” was two single beds pushed together so definitely not the comfiest. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty upon arrival with hairs on both beds. Very loud at night with people yelling, traffic, bin collection at 6:30am, moving chairs from the restaurant below. We could also hear anybody walking down the hallways and entering their rooms very easily which was quite disruptive. The sink wouldn’t drain, toilet would not flush in the morning, it took a long time to fill up to then flush which is not ideal. The shower head was broken and water would shoot out the side of it towards the shower door, causing it to leak out onto the floor. The staff did however fix the shower and sink issues. Also did not feel safe walking in the area alone.

A/C was leaking so our room was flooded with water overnights. One double pillow for a couple which was something really weird for me.

The staffs are very nice , reception team are so kind and cooperative.The location is good in Es ArenalNear to the beach and local walking street

Air ventilation functionality is not good.

We had a bolcony, which was great for drying beach items and to make the space feel bigger. Across the street is a good size convenient store and lots of restaurants to the north along the water. Mini fridge and air con worked well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Borrowed an iron from the front desk, but it tripped the power in our room. A technician arrived within 15 minutes to flip the breaker. Up the hill is a bus stop to go to the center of Palma which is about 20 minutes/2€ tap to pay and exit. Very easy, suggest tacos at Primo Taquería. There was supposed to be a bus stop across the street too, but it didn't arrive at the time Google said it was, so took a taxi back to airport. Taxi is cheaper than Uber, very surprised by this!

I wanted to pack light as possible and brought sunblock instead of shower soaps. The soap provided seemed a bit watered down but it worked enough. A shelf or something for the bathroom would be nice too.

There was only one elevator and the walls are very thin, you can hear others very easily

I liked the location a lot, near everything, bars, restaurants, beach, shops etc.And also the staff was somehow friendly.The room was also big enough, and the balcony was also worth it, and it was cleaned every time we needed.

The room view was only old buildings, not the best at all.The bed was a disaster, we haven't done a good sleep for 6 nights that we were there because you feel all the sortiment under the bed.I suggest only for one night, not for more if you do not want to end with a pain on your back.
