Hotel Bartos

The bathroom was nicer than the room, although curtain for the shower. The staff were nice

Noise, noise, noise. The room was ok, put not especoally pleasant

The customer service. I left my facial cleanser and piece of jewlery in the room and the staff packaged it up and I arranged a courier to collect it. I wasn't expecting this.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. I also had the air at 16degrees but it was still very warm and then at midnight the air cranked up to extremely hot and woke me up.

Comfortable bed, large, clean bedroom with en suite facilities. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was closed, although the check in girl did recommend one close to the hotel. We felt a bit apprehensive about leaving our car outside the hotel as the area looked a bit run down. However we were assured it was safe and we had no issues.

Htel getting Old,finition could be improved

We were returning from holiday & stopped over at Hotel Bartos. My wife had injured a leg. They arranged for us to have a room near the elevator. The room was large, clean and had a large bathroom with walk in shower which was just what we needed.

The main restaurant seemed to be closed but dinner was served in the cafeteria/ breakfast room. The menu was basic but low price. Access to the garden & terrace was locked but they did open it for us.

The facilities were amazing for the price and the hotel and rooms itself are very fancy.

The location of the hotel is a little lacking but perfect for an enjoyable stop on a long road trip

Nice hotel for a short stay-over on your way south or north.

Isolation of rooms could be better. Noisy depending on the people that are next to your room

This was perfect for our needs- very close to the motorway and the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The parking facilities under the hotel are ideal with a lift going straight up to the rooms. The staff at the reception were friendly and kind and we managed to get a quick dinner (fry-up style) before the restaurant closed at 22.00.

It is not located in a pretty place so probably not suitable as a holiday destination.

We liked the breakfast buffet very much. Staff always available, and prompt to communicate with us in English. great. The rooftop pool with exterior seating area.

The rooftop swimming pool was fantastic.Lovely polite staff and clean rooms.Great value for money and a good locationto see the beautiful Albufera lake.

Restaurant not open, and hard to find one nearby, thank god one was open 1,5 km away. For the same reason, breakfast is taken on a tray to the room, and the quality/selection is quite low. They say this is all due to Covid regulations but on the same week I visited 4 more hotels and the restaurant was open in all of them...

Clean, convenient with comfortable beds and a good shower. It is described as 4 star which is surprising as I would not have rated it more than 3 star.

WiFi was very weak. Used my hot spot instead. Had to ask for blankets for the beds. Its quite cold overnight in October.

Relaxed atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. The swimming pool was a bonus.
