The towels from the previous guests were still in the bathroom along with their toiletries. The window in the room was left open allowing many flies to be in the room.

Only the staff were good

The location is really bad and the rooms are old and not clean. We even found a cockroach in the bathroom and it was a smelly.

The bed wasn’t up to our standards of cleanliness. No fitted sheet for the bed and under a black light test, they definitely showed the “stains.”

Affordable with free parking. Clean and comfortable bed, large room (from Europe standard) with a good shower.Good stay. Recommend if you have a car. As a tourist go towards Valencia for food - we tried the other side - did not work well at all.

Please get rid of the bread toaster. It's making a constant metallic noise.We had a smoke detector in our room all night blinking just above the bed - maybe not the best location?

Very nice hotel, would use again. Nice room, breakfast buffet, pool (if you like COLD water).

Location, I found it VERY difficult to find based on satnav, it was only by chance we found it after an hour driving around a large industrial estate. Dont go there without access to Google maps / wifi.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is located in a small village and there is no uber/cabify/lyft services and even taxi is at times impossible to get, so either you book in advance or have a car, or your stuck in the hotel. The restaurant service is guaranteed by external service so it does not work until 21:00 and there is a very limited choice, service is quite inexperienced/ informal and the rooms need some maintenance.

Convenient stop for anearly start.

No restaurant for dinner and as the hotel is in an industrial park a car was needed to get get something to eat.

It’s OK if you’re looking for a cheap, no frills place to stay, but you need to drive for food.

The hotels own website clearly states they have a restaurant and states the opening hours. In reality this hotel doesn’t have a restaurant at all and offers breakfast only an no other meals. This hotel is a very basic budget type hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not fault the way any of the staff were. They were all excellent. English speaking was good and they tried to help no end.

The AC in the room was not cold but they did offer to move us and offer a portable AC unit. The pool area had no sun parasols. We didn't notice it in the middle if an industrial estate. No restaurant.

Recommendation for hotel managementThe room must have mini fridge! Hotel located close to the beach must have mini fridge. Also big trashcan has to be added to each room and some peace of furniture is desirable.

Oh wooow the place is just is just horrible, dirty, old, the staff were not very helpful, untidy, unorganised…. I won’t rate it at all for this amount of money.We rented 2 rooms for 3 people and they charged us extra saying that we never …. Was constant no electricity in our room, leaking at the reception just a jock .. i can’t believe 2024 and there is kind of hotels

I haven’t liked anything… the breakfast is just waist of money.. everything looks old , unhealthy, poor customer service…

you have plenty of space everywhere, the concierge was really helpful and friendly,

bathroom the old bath-tube and the shover were pretty uncomfortable , an open parking (should be close and protected), breakfast with automatic coffe machine (and u have a bar there) breakfast product (only white bread, no veggies, eggs and croissant were really low quality 10€.there’s no a good restaurant for km, I would think about it, the receptionist propose me a kebab place like we were in the 80’s, ppl need good food.

The staff were helpful and nice and the location was good. The air conditioning did not work at all and it was a warm night, so it made sleeping uncomfortable.

A functioning air conditioner as the room was in the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy to keep the window open.

the room was smelly, the AC didnt work properly so it was hot and super loud, there was no food on a sunday night, we were told to order something, and even though we only saw one other guest they gave us a room with a view onto an industrial car park instead of, lets say, the pool...definitely too expensive for what it was.
