Good location, good food, good room.
Small town with only two places to eat.
The location was great, the room was nice and clean and the place was great. The breakfast was very nice and staff were very helpfull.
It’s right off the highway so easily accessible. It’s good value for your money.
When we arrived it took some time for a receptionist to help us as they were busy helping other patrons in the restaurant.
This is our second time staying here as it’s a perfect stop for us when we travel back to Madrid. The rooms are basic but have everything we need for an overnight stay. The food in the restaurant is superb and the staff are friendly.
It’s hard to control the temperature in the room - it’s either too hot or too cold.
We’ve stopped here for snacks and lunches for many years while driving to other destinations. It has never disappointed so decided to stay at the hotel on our next holiday.Friendly and helpful staff Good location just off the motorway Excellent foodThe rooms are a great disappointment and destroys the reputation of this great venue.
The room was basic, we expected that for the price. The overwhelming smell of drains from the whole first floor was horrible and kept me awake for most of the night. Our view was of a yard/patio of animal or bird poo. Washing machines or dishwashers ran throughout the night. WIFI in room was unstable/ non existent. Wi-Fi is very good in the cafe area however. We’re so disappointed and sad that we couldn’t give a more positive review. We were due to return next week but have now cancelled and going elsewhere .
Good food at a fair price. Great location.
A mix up with admin we had booked a bed and breakfast option but on the day was challenged and asked to pay for the breakfast. All was resolved when receptionist worked out there had been an error with their paperwork when we had checked in. They were very pleasant and polite with us at all times.
Close to the motorway, with a great restaurant and patio that allowed us to dine with our little dog at our side. Rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. There is a great field which our little Molly could stretch her legs.
The cold water taps seem to work intermittently probably an airlock just needs some maintenance. Shower and sink worked fine, but toilet took a while to fill.
Very close to the motorway, plenty of ground to walk our little dog. A large veranda, for meals where Molly could sit under the table. The food was traditionally Spanish and excellent. We were there for the Spain ,France semi final which was fantastic. Being in a local hotel bar was really entertaining The staff were also very good not much English but very friendly.
Checking in took a while as the bar was busy ,so we had to wait. Let’s be honest not a problem if that’s all we could find .
After 5 nights stay:Very good value quality vs. PriceVery nice StaffVery clean Excellent breakfast and dinner options Nice place for visiting Granada region
Good
4 beds are crowdid in a small room
Located just off route for stopover on way home. Good parking, comfortable bed, good restaurant and tapas in bar.
Installing a new door so very cold in bar, but staff friendly and let us sit in restaurant.
The hotel was a perfect place to stay for what we wanted. They happily checked us in early. It is a stylish hotel for the price. Amazingly quiet for where it is.The meals were basic but enjoyable and great value for money.
There wasn't really anything to dislike.
Great location from the main road but traffic noise.
Exorbitant restaurant prices! €8 for some fries! Price not listed on menu therefore a shick to find so expensive in receiving the bill. My husband had chicken and chips…. Cheapest fillets of chicken and very plain presentation. All in all, a rip off
Clean comfortable great location friendly helpful staff.
Despite being virtually empty at the time of my stay, I was in a room next to an extremely noisy guest which kept me awake most of the night.
The service provided by the young lady at the front desk was truly amazing. She was extremely friendly and willing to help in every way possible. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, the beds were very comfortable, the Iris AC worked, fantastic, and once more everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.
I decided to stay here because during the weekend many hotels were already full, I did not realize till afterwards that it was a long holiday weekend. This hotel is about 25 minutes from Granada.
Convenient spot to stay just outside Granada along the motorway. The room was large and there is a big restaurant underneath the hotel. We had the menu of the day which was very good value but a little bit bland - but perhaps we ordered the wrong things
There are no other options to eat or do anything in this location, but it's fine for a stop off.
Everything was good. Checking in was quick and efficient. The room was fine, simple and basic but clean with everything we needed. We were a bit unsure of the beds, though as it turned out, they gave us one of the best night's sleep we have experienced in any hotel, regardless of star rating. The bathroom was large and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The restaurant was better than we had expected, starters and main courses had a lot of choice, good quality and well-presented. The sweet choice was more than adequate, and our choice of the cheesecake was a real bonus. Breakfast was the usual Continental breakfast, though the hotel offered a large number of extra options if needed.
Our booking said our room would have a balcony, ours did not, though we booked at short notice, so it's possible all the balcony rooms were taken. Not such a big problem and not enough to spoil anything.
cheap option to stay near Granada.
The air conditioner broke down and we changed rooms to a far away dark place of the hotel. the shower was Luke warm at best. every time I moved in my bed, the bed head knocked against the wall and woke me up. I alerted a staff member. he shrugged his shoulders and said sorry.
