Pros +
- Fantastic location and very nice decor. This is a higher-end hotel at a decent price. Great customer service and all staff were superb.
- Staff was simply lovely. Breakfast was amazing. We went in May, had the place practically to ourselves.
- Very nice, well situated, friendly helpful staff. Good food. Super facilities for children.
Cons -
- It helped a great deal, to know a little bit of Spanish, because there was only one staff member who understood English, and he was only available in the morning. In a way, though this created a nice bond.
- Real problems with booking. The booking engine did not work properly and could not handle a couple, plus a Mum with two children. Called the hotel, but no-one spoke English or French, so very limited communication. Tried via email using Google translate, but got no reply. If I had not been determined, I would have ended up elsewhere.
- One area that could use improvement, however, is the dinner service. While the setting of the dining area was lovely, the meals themselves fell short of expectations.

I highly recommend La Coma to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty. It’s a haven for both the soul and the senses. We can’t wait to return!

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Excellent and good value dinner.
Nice breakfast with omelette and bacon, plus all the usual things for continental breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Good coffee.
Difficult entry to bathroom as not enough room for door to open properly due to wall being in the way.
Location and cleanliness
The food at the restaurant and breakfast wasn’t great
Great, comfy hotel in beautiful grounds, nice little pool, superb food served in restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
Good location, nice grounds, easy parking, beautiful views from the hotel.
Breakfast. Slow service, very limited choice, left the table feeling hungry. It was the most expensive hotel of our 10 nights in Spain and by far the worst breakfast.Very limited choice at dinner; we walked to nearby restaurants for second and third nights.
Location, food, staff, large room and a comfy bed
Nothing, everything was perfect
The location is perfect for spending time in the area. We could easily walk to the village, start our walks/trekking from the village. Nearby to restaurants and small business local producers shops. Very peaceful and silent/ tranquil place. Nice garden. Perfect small size sauna, not crowded. Excellent well served at the table breakfast. Staff bery kind, attention to the detail. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect!! Can't imagine it better and I am usually very fussy about it....well done. Decorations very interesting, showcased images of the early century ski and mountain activities in the area, including a very old pair of ski equipment....amazing!I admired the owner of the hotel, despite her age was still around attending customers and attending to details. Admirable. In general staff was also kind to recommend activities in the area, I am grateful. I hope such kind of businesses can continue offering this kind of accommodation in traditional locations where modernity needs to embrace local aesthetic, history, traditions.Moltes gracies i fins aviat!
I did not find anything of my dislike.
Location, staff are friendly, food is very good
We have stayed in one of their apartments (breakfast was not included) and it was very well equipped and new. We had access to the hotel facilities - swimming pool, restaurant, etc - and all went exceptionally well. The location is absolutely fantastic, if you like hiking, trail running, cycling or skying (in the winter) this is a destination to consider for sure! Loved it!
Nothing, everything was great!
kitchen we could cook our own dinner.old historical village.
Swimming pool outside was cold as ice.apartment was away from the hotel.English was difficult.
The staff was very nice and the location is amazing, in a very quiet town in the middle of the mountains. Breakfast was pretty good, and we could order as much as we wanted.
The bed was not comfortable at all, and the heat of the room was either too hot (uncomfortable) or when turned off the room got too cold (also uncomfortable).
Staff are friendly and very attentive Very nice breakfast Lovely big balconyBeautiful views
The rooms were very hot and you can hear other guests in their rooms quite a lot (doors, people walking). The food is lovely but very limited for vegetarians (and nothing for vegans)Their is bath tub but no taps (only a shower) so no possibility of having a bathThe restaurant closes at nine (not a problem but you have to be aware if you eat at typical Spanish times!l
The Hotel is small and rustic, very clean with friendly staff.
However the views overlooking the main road and parking in most of the bedrooms is not what they make you think with the photographs shown on the internet, and the food was not great. Overall catered to families in mass quantities.
Very comfortable and quiet room.
Valorable
