- Nice and comfortable room, we booked the premium with view and balcony which was roomier than most EU hotel rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, consistent with the NH brand
- Nice rooms and common areas, friendly, helpful staff and very convenient, walkable area. Breakfast was a huge buffet with a lot of variety; only complaint: very hard mattresses. Maybe this will be the norm in Italy, we just got here.
- Beautiful setting with a most helpful host.
Cons -
- The balcony leaves much to be desired, furniture were on the cheap, somewhat unkept. Hallways show much signs of wear and needs an overhaul. Did not feel like a 4.5-star hotel.

The location to the cruise ships. Great access to ship to airport.
