Friendly and very helpful staff at the front desk. Sitting out on the open deck with a local Draught beet watching the harbor activity.

Somehow a very Impersonal feeling that reflects the character of the town.

Great location, fabulous staff, fabulous breakfast, beautiful reception area to socialize, and outside deck to enjoy the weather.

Disappointed, no sea view, view on the parking. Room design pretty old, not recommended.

The hotel is in a lovely building on the water front, and a short wander into town, so close to cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. There didn't appear to be many guests but the choice and quality of the food at breakfast was superb. The bedroom we had was a good size with a nice seating area.

Quilt and duvet seemed a little cheap.

Location was good and the restaurant was worth it

I didn’t get the room I booked initially and had to remind them that I booked a superior room before they changed my room.

Better pillows, socket placement is poor, bed against wall, noise in room generally. There was a constant banging

Hotel system regarding no trays to carry your own food during breakfast. This to minimize what you eat. You need to go to-and-from the table five-six time for a breakfast.

Great central location, massive room with a lovely view of the harbour and an excellent breakfast! Whilst the room was a little dated, it was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

Rooms were stuffy. No air conditioning. Faced a parking lot. 1 pillow per person. Pictures were very deceptive. Very very expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Great location on the harbour. Plenty of restaurants nearby which proved useful as food is not available in the evening.Able to check in prior to arrival so just picked up card key at reception.Room was comfortable with everything required. Very quiet at night, could not hear anything.Some excellent breakfast options and all very tasty.

The fact that the restaurant is not open in the evening is unfortunate, but there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk.

Considering it was early winter, the room was warm and comfortable. The staff were excellent and accommodating, especially as my wife is a wheelchair user. We had no problems moving from and to the room, and it was excellent inside. Breakfast was the norm for Norway, with plentiful amounts and tasty and the Hotel was well to the fore and the food was excellent and hot.

Couldn't stay longer.

Very nice balcony, and delicious starter at dinner. I was lucky to get close and free parking. Also, the staff was very nice.Well functioning shower and drain is not always a given and the bed was comfortable and it had a fridge.

The door to the bathroom didn't fully close, we only found the second duvet the next morning ( :) it was tucked away despite the room being booked for 2) and I got an impressively rotten radish at breakfast.

Can't say anything much. There is a lot of free parking slots around. Stuff were nice and helped us with all the questions. Isn't the best place in the world, but not the worst either.

A bit strange room design - there is a column between bed and TV, so only one of you will be able to watch it properly ) Can't say anything good about the restaurant also. And one more thing - there was no TV remote control, so we had to figure something out with the stuff.

This hotel is great.The building, the rooms, the staff... Everything is perfect.Beds are super confortable, rooms are quiet, and last but not least, the breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel.I'd recommend a zillion times

Wonderful location in Floro, right on the waterfront with stunning views. Will be a featured hotel in our upcoming guide books as well as the spotlight on Scandinavia!Our junior suite was good sized with a large seating area and a beautiful bathroom. Very quiet which was appreciated. Right out the window we watched the sunrise on two clear days. Sunsets also can be viewed from the downstairs patios and from rooms facing the ferry docks on clear days.Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. As we told them we were arriving on the ferry and it was just on the shoulder season, so not full, the room was ready when we arrived, which was so appreciated.Breakfast was good, a small selection of local foods. Easy access to everything in Floro, especially the ferries. Speaking of the ferries don't miss the opportunity to go out to the North and South routes, morning, afternoon or sunset roundtrip tours are spectacular in good weather.Highly recommended. And the bed was wonderful with huge bed pillows as well as regular pillows. WOW loved that extra special touch!

We would have liked to stay longer!

Breakfast was fantastic, and the water pressure from the shower is the best I have had in any hotel room anywhere in the world.

The room was missing drawers and general storage to unpack clothes, we were living out of the suitcase.

Staff here are just fantastic. Stayed one night waiting for my team and a ferry. Spent my time chatting to the staff in the lobby after a hike. Warm comfortable rooms and good food. The people here make it a great place to stay
