Right in the center of Paternoster. Easy to book.Free parking on site.Breakfast was satisfying and service was perfect.Worth the price.

Room a little small but the price was good so definitely worth it.

Broken toilet. Smoke-filled bar. Breakfast served only after 8:30.

The booking was for my mom and her partner. She had only good things to say about the facilities, room, location and how the staff treated them. She said they had a wonderful stay and the beach was close by. It was value for money.

My mom did not mention anything that they did not like. She said everything was lovely.

We always enjoy just being here. The staff are extremely friendly, rooms are clean. We booked the room with a sea view which was also good. I also need to mention that the accommodation including breakfast is great value and the food is fresh and really good !!!

This was a fun place to stay! It's a popular centrally-located hub of activity in Paternoster, combining the hotel, its famous panty bar, and a restaurant with indoor, outdoor, and veranda seating. Full of friendly people. Our room was more than adequate for a couple of nights and had a corridor that conveniently led to the hotel's secure parking area. Being towards the rear of the hotel meant it was quiet despite the activity in the front. We ran into some friends unexpectedly, so purchased some crayfish (spiny lobster) from local fishermen and had a tree-shaded 'kreefbraai' in the picnic area adjacent to the hotel, which for a few rand extra furnished us the pots, dishes, and flatware needed for our feast. A nice cooked-to-order traditional full-English breakfast was included. Plenty of other restaurants withing short walking distance or a quick drive, and beach access is right across the road and down a gentle hill. You're going to end up here at the hotel at some point anyway, so you might as well stay for a couple of nights.

The lighting could have been brighter, but that's nitpicking compared to the fun of staying at this hotel.

The staff is absolutely amazing. My room was comfortable, very clean and the food delicious!!!

I would have wanted stringer water flow for the shower though I still had a little water

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean and view was great.

Breakfast, bacon was awful and omelette not cooked 100% so we skipped our second breakfast. The chef was rude and kicked one of the stray dogs, I'm an animal lover so that didn't go down well with me.

had some water pressure problem with the shower, bed was a bit soft for us but was clean, would have booked the room with a bit of a view of the sea, thought price was a bit high considering what we got.

I was disappointed that anyone could enter the hotel, the courtyard was open for anyone to enter, as well as the parking lot. This parking was not gated for one's car - feelling unsafe..The beach was dirty and we felt unsafe walking along their with beggars in eyesight as well as street children talking loudly at a restraunt. Overall in terms of location it was disappointing in contrast to staying at Langebaan

The entire bathroom could do with a complete makeover. The space/gap between the bedroom floor tile and bathroom floor tile needs to be fixed as water seeps through it. Breakfast could incorporate some sliced fruit.

Lovely little town with a beautiful waterfront and exceptional restaurants.

The location is very good. The front of house staff and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. The ladies really are wonderful. It's sad that their good service was tainted by the younger barmen who live on the hotel property.

The was an odour coming from the bathroom or outside the room that was unpleasant, but with some attention could be rectified.The barmen who live on the hotel property we're incredibly loud and inconsiderate. I tried to go to the front of house to get them to ask the young men to be quiet, but all doors were locked and I eventually had to ask them myself to quiet down after midnight. This takes away from a restful experience.

Linen was not ioned. Not good. Room 3 - matrass is not good.

Super noisy. Room window faced alley next to kitchen. Heard staff talking loudly even after we asked them to lower the noise at night.There was no emergency light for loadshedding we struggled to pack our things at 8am as the room was so dark even with curtains and door open. No lights anywhere at night during loadshedding. An emergency would have been a disaster.Small room, bathroom in dire need of refurbishment. They say free parking- we were lucky to get one- some parked on the grass- not very secure either.
