- The room had no air-condition. The fern provided was not working. The main light in the room was not working, hence I could not do my work. There is no wifi.

The staff was friendly and welcoming .it's a nice quiet location.
The bathrooms were not clean. I could see spots on the floor. The shower is equally not properly clean. The soap holder had remaining of different soaps, meaning its never cleaned.The breakfast this time was too much of junk. Compulsory omelet with Viana and very little cheese. No no no. No choice as to how you prefare your eggs done . The omelet was prepared in advanced.
The garden with birds. Parking.
No electricity before 11:30 PM and after 5:00 AM = no internet, no light, no fridge, no TV and the owner prompt me to pays full price.. Shame on you.
The location is excellent to access the Kruger National Park. The garden is nice and the ladies in charge are lovely! They even prepared a take away breakfast for us because we're leaving early in the morning.
The rooms are missing some general maintenance work to keep them up to date.

The owner was soo cold ,not welcoming. She did not even introduce herself ,instead she asked, me why I was booked in room 1,whereas there are long staying guests. The question was so offending. I really felt unwelcomef.She then gave me a different room. Thanks

The place is safe and user friendly for people with disabilities and it's only a stone throw from Kruger gate.
The host lady deliberately switch off the lights and then said that there's load shedding.We tried to reason with her and tell her that the street lights are on but she wouldn't relent.I was fed up and decided to relocate .

definitely needs a bit of TLC and update. Was comfy and ok but certainly not luxurious and not like it looks on the pictures. BUT saying that for "just" an overnight and a place to sleep was satisfactory.

The place is located right by the Kruger park which the best place to be. Phalaborwa is my home town and I love bringing people to see my town, Lalamo makes is cool to come with people from all over the place and expose them to the surroundings
