We once again visited Bushveld because we are very satisfied with the accommodation and location. This small family owned hotel en restaurant are a perfect start for exploring Kruger. A shoutout to Adrian, who is responsible for the excellent food in the restaurant

Just a minor thing is that the wifi is limited to 1 device per person.

We can stay there and don't have to go out for dinner as they do have a stunning restaurant. all in one

just a recommendation: it will be a bonus if someone can assist with carrying luggage to the rooms (with all the steps)

The hotel itself is beautiful and well located. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast options were basic.The TVs need to be updated to smart tvs so guests have the option of streaming.

The so-called family room for me was off. First night, we found bugs in our beds that time we traveling with a three month old ...spent the whole night fighting bugs n no we never opened windows.Second night, we discovered the room was just cleaned on our eyes as we could still find dead bugs on blankets and under the furniture.For me, it was disappointing as I have been to this place multiple times, and what I saw this time was a place that was losing its class.From 2014, I have visited that place for business n leisure. But this time with my family, I was super disappointed.

Standard slowing on the downward spiral.

Coach roaches in my room and if you book a table, the booking gets disregarded. The bed was stiff and not comfortable.

Close proximity to phalaborwa gate, efficient and such friendly, professional staff. Fabulous spacious rooms, bathroom huge, beds super comfy. Highly recommend.

Nothing everything was fabulous

Receptionist and Waitress have enough skills as well as supervisors . specially to problem solving skills and customer care

The attitude of young whit boy against us african .The meal was having insects but when he addressed it as we lodge complaining we even regret y did we lodge complain.I can appreciate if he can be referred for rehabilitation because all we came and paid for .Not all customers are of his age regardless of gender, race and etc. It is not appropriate to argue with customers especially the customer was not aggressive towards him.

Location, catering, staff friendly,

Bathroom was smelling because the toilet was filthy even the shared toilets were filthy

Breakfast was part of the package and it was exceptional the whole family got to choose and you eat breakfast you are full for the day.

Family rooms could be a bit bigger where they have two rooms in one instead of one big one.

We stayed in one of the suites, and loved everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the food was very good, the room was large and well-appointed, and we were right next to the park. We travel a lot, and this is one of our favorite hotels of all time. Greatly enjoyed it.

attitude for the Manager in Restaurant its not acceptable ,more for Blacks as i noticedits a Women

The way she answered as i indicated that i had booked a table, and she said no bookings for me, at the same time Whites we're coming in.I had bookings ,she got it later, but the treatment was unprofessional

The location was great to visit Kruger. The room was spotless and comfortable. The outside terrace was superb as we got to watch some wildlife from our room. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was really good with great choice. The food was very tasty with large portions.

Exceeding all expectations and hotels in area . Staff and in particular Chef and restaurant are absolutely 5*.

Location Location - next to Phalaborwa Kruger gate . Gorgeous outdoor terrace for meals/drinks . Service Service - no buffets here .

The room was very clean and spacious.The food was wonderful with very friendly attendants all round from house keeping to the restaurant waiters and waitresses. Not forgetting the Chefs ??.

Raw Salmon messed up my second dinner meal but I recovered very quickly the same night after my wife grinded some charcoal for me..

Perfect location for stop on either entry or exit to Kruger.Well appointed rooms with good range of amenities including insect repellent.Good quality restaurant for dinner and breakfast.Helpful front desk staff who assisted with printing of maps for onward travel / excursions.

The venue is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the food at the restaurant was divine. I can highly recommend the service.

Restaurant and food was excellent, proximity to the KNP gate is so useful, staff were great.

Be more soecific on layout.

The hotel must be more specific on rooms. I booked and was allocated a room next to the staff area overlooking the car park. Nowhere when booking was I referred to a room in the car park.

As a regular visitor to Palaborwa, this hotel offers excellent service from friendly personnel, peacefull atmosphere & stunning breakfast & dinners.All in all, a home away from home experience.
