Beautiful facility in great location. Suites were large and very clean

Bar lacked selection including wine options by the glass which should be readily available in South Africa!

Room is out dated and way too big for a single room... No TV in the room, carpets is in poor condition. The water was brown... Could not use the bath due to dirty water.Eating facility exceptionally modern, clean and great food availabilities. Staff very friendly!

It's underestimated place to having rest and relaxing, enjoy forest and birds. Not far from gate to Kruger park.Room spacious and convenient with own terrace, all was clear.Kettle for coffe/tea.Pool and territory with forrest. Resort was built as a little village with small streets between lodges and apartments. All keeps in working and clearness. Near the Hazyview city with all needed - shop center, lots of fruits.Special thanks to staff - welcoming and supportive, helped us organise game drive and collect breakfast, gave us apartments with a nice garden view! Wish to come back and stay for a long time.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, Bongi the best, Aubrey & Innocentia great stuff. The scenery was beautiful. Infact it was breathtaking, the ambiance great.

The rooms deco is out dated or more worn out & rooms are dark, the carpets are old & ragged.Oh The food is horrible, 2 days in a row having burnt food that caused further more caused Diarrhoea.Theres no bar fridge in the rooms, furniture is worn out. This branch can’t be compared or share the same name as other branches. Very disappointing!

The staff from reception, cleaners and restuarant, were all amazing. I've never experienced such in any other Resort or Hotel. You all go the extra mile to keep your guests happy. On our next trip we coming with the kids. Ohhh I loved the personal touch on the tv screen in our room for welcoming the guests.

Our experience at the resort was great overall, with several highlights and a few areas for improvement that I hope will be addressed for future guests.What we loved:•The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.•The property was beautifully maintained and a pleasure to explore.•The breakfasts were exceptional and a real treat each morning.

What could be improved:•Upon check-in, we were directed to Room 3, but upon arrival, we found it had not yet been cleaned. This required us to return to reception and wait while alternative rooms were checked. Eventually, we were given a new room, but this initial inconvenience could have been avoided. First impressions of your room play a significant role in setting the tone for the vacation.•The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and frequently cut out, which was frustrating at times.Despite these minor setbacks, I would definitely return and look forward to an even better experience next time.

Staff attitude, very polite, helpful and honest. Mostly impressed by prompt responses to requests. Made our stay very enjoyable. Manager made us feel valued and cares about her staff morale and seeks to satisfy client wishes.

I thought breakfast could be better. I also wished we could get actual coffee mugs. I know this is very much because of my insatiable love for coffee but I think it’s not too much to ask for. Kudos especially to Bongi, Thapelo and Speedy.

I liked the bedroom set up. one could have space for sitting area to relax. separate lounge from the bedroom site and it was spacious Breakfast and dinner was very lovely and the staff also dished for us because we arrived late. very sweet of them. our overall stay was beautiful. Ohh the Pool was sooo clean. that's also a bonus :-)

The Shower was very small The Water from the shower was slow. No water pressure from the toilet and there was a distinct smell that we did not like at all. We raised it with the reception but nothing was still done.

Lovely grounds and staff

Food was average quality at the buffet.

Peace and beauty in one place, The location of the place, surrounded by so much nature, the trees,the flowers ? , sounds of the birds and monkeys in the morning , the landscape is just so amazing, it feels so out of this world ? definitely coming back soon

The tennis court needs an upgrade

It was quiet & relaxing very beautiful surrounded by nature. Close to nearby attractions. Well kept gardens.

Pool area needs a lot of attention and cleaning it had frogs and loads of insects in it. We had no service at the pool area for towels or refreshments. No one comes to check if you need anything. Very few umbrellas and toilets at the pool were not clean. The size of the room we had was great however, the set up doesn’t flow. There is a terrible odour in the bathroom & toilet . Latches broken , curtains falling. Limited food options, breakfast / supper was not consistently served well with labels for food. Not enough vegetarian options. Service at the bar was limited even ordering a coffee or non alcoholic beverages they were out of stock.More entertainment is needed for kids especially for those staying there for a few days.

Perfect scenic location.Delicious breakfast and the braai that was prepared for all guests on New Year's Eve. Friendly and helpful staff.

Poorly maintained property. The Aircon in room 7 was old, broken and malfunctioning, and the sliding door misalignment resulted in the door not locking. I was assisted to change rooms. However, due to insufficient maintenance staff availability on our day of arrival (Sunday), assistance was delayed. The area is infested with frogs and no effort is made to prevent them from getting into the rooms. The old window frame at room 107 had holes, and the large gaps (rooms 11, 13 & 107) at the bottom of the doors allowed frogs to gain access to the rooms. At one point staff was called to remove 3 frogs at room 107. Old carpets in room 107 must be replaced. Water issues experienced. No water reaching room 11, and brown water coming out of the taps in all rooms. The grass was not cut and no cleaning done at room patios, so we couldn't enjoy those areas.

The location was amazing, the property architect is execllent. The fact that the hotel serves breakfast and dinner is amazing. The views are incredible and the staff was very helpful and kind. The manager made sure we were comfortable and handled all of our queries.

The property had a lot of frogs at night, some frogs got into our rooms. It was hard to navigate because the frogs were everywhere. The room were not adequately clean especially the sheets. We were itching because of dirty sheets. The road leading to the property is a one way gravel road, meaning you have to wait for other cars in order to enter the property. It’s an inconvenience

Super neat and clean. Staff friendly.

Facilities were available but not operational. Staff need training. Narrow sand road. Besides swimming, not much to do. Very expensive.

Oh the weather disappointed us cloudy and rain we didn't have time for the pool

Nolwazi and rest of staff were so friendly. So helpful,and managed to provide plan B when one of our room TV was not working.

Cleaning of rooms is so late. We arrived from our trip at around 2pm and still room was not cleaned.

Quite, relaxing mode !!

1st night Dinner was not a buffet and we were not use to the menu unlike buffet you can see what you dish up
