Very good business class accommodations.

Parking garage use risks damage to car due to minimal clearances for manouvering.

Great location and excellent parking underneath the hotel. Room had the best walk in shower of any NH hotel I ever have stayed in. Breakfast was good too. And 10-15 min walk to old town.

It was just one night just to sleep and it was very comfortable

We had an ok stay. I had to book it for an extra night The first night I paid cheaper and got a really good room, with a mini bar and drinks. For the second booking on the following night we paid more expensive for a inferior room what it was really disappointing. There was not even water in the room. We had to ask reception for everything and the guy didn’t seem really happy to help. The location is very good and the food in the restaurant was good too

Good location. Not far from motorway, easy access to local bars, restaurants and old town. Secure underground parking, bar and restaurant on site.

I would like to extend my compliments to Kevin, the receptionist. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful dining experience. His recommendation was spot on, and we loved every minute of our dinner. Kevin is undoubtedly a great asset to your hotel, and his excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable!

It was located well and clean.

One plug socket in the whole room so struggled to charge 2 x phones and electric toothbrush. We had to be up early to get to the airport. Attempted a shower at 6:15 and the water was freezing.

The bin in my bathroom had not been emptied after previous guests. Unpleasant items remained,No plug by bed for phone.

Contrary to the advert there was no food or drink available .No room service. No coffee or tea making facilities. Cost for pet 25 euro which is excessive and was not stated in advert.

The bed was hard

Check-in was smooth and very pleasant staff. Room size is good we had the double room with extra bed and it easily fit also small sitting area. Bathroom was spacious, comfortable, clean, good pressure of water in the shower (bathtub), as well came with basic toiletries, plenty of towels. Big window and black out curtains.Location is great, close to big supermarkets, mall, big park and not far from the center, also short ride from Tarragona. Parking is not free but right at the property with elevator and spacious.WiFi was fine. Room had a small mini bar. Plenty of pillows on the beds (bed and pillows in the softer side, so up to everyone's liking).

Air-conditioning and outdated furniture were the things that screamed about the age of this hotel building. We had a hell night in the room barely getting any sleep because AC was barely giving any cooling and was as loud as a passing bus. For our liking beds and pillows were way too soft and surely contributed to the sleepless night.Absolutely nothing in a room to make even a small coffee or tea (kettle or coffee machine). Given that restaurant was closed it was an inconvenience. On the other hand, makes you check-out earlier to sesrch for coffee and breakfast. Could be improved. Floors seem to have been renovated but unfortunately with a layer of dust that made feet dirty (given that we stayed one night and arrived in the evening,that dort did not come with us).

Such a relaxed hotel and in an easy accessible place for us. We enjoy the walk to the cathedral area and shops and restaurants.Rooms very spacious.

Gyms timing was too restrictive so unable to use during our stay. Good if opened earlier.

It was very warm.. air conditioning was less than average.. even at full blast it was really hot.. shower was broken
