Great AC, spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff

Shower a little small

Room was spacious and quite clean. The staff was nice.

No hot water, a lot of noise, difficult to sleep.

Location is fine since it's pretty close to the Reus airport and about a 25 minute walk (or you can take a bus) to the Reus city centre. You get to see some of the local life if you walk though, so that's pretty nice! The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

There was some street noise at night from the cars passing by which made it hard to sleep at times. But this was to be expected since my window was directly above the road. Also the TV and wi-fi signal were a bit weak at times but nothing major.

The hotel location is good, close to the bus station. The hotel is a bit old, but clean.

It was quite cold at night, and I had just 2 cover sheets which was not enough. I was offered extra blankets which looked more like window curtains. They did not keep me warm at all.

Smelled of bleach for most of the evening Advertised as air conditioning but it’s archaic for modern purposes

It was our second stay in this hotel Internet connection is fatal. It's not possible to open web sites or make internet calls. Only possible to send/receive text messages. 100% not fit for work, it's a shame. Last time it was a little bit better, but this time it was much worse, almost non-existent. The hotel was full of "refugees", perhaps this was the reason for cutting Internet speed.The breakfast is quite poor, there are no fried eggs or sausages, it's not a Holiday Inn or continental breakfast. The other Crisol hotels offer better breakfast.

A very very noisy room with inadequate sound insulation. Very difficult to sleep.

Not enough lighting

I didn’t like it … I was only passing through for 1 night as going to stay in Cambrillis park.

It smelled and the staff were ok but not very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Had children running around hotel until11pm keeping us awake

The noise of unsupervised children

everything! overpriced, run-down, noisy, old mattress on bed. parking not free. noisy room even though we were promised a quiet room in response to our special request. dirty - stains around plug sockets and on walls. bed ripped and could feel springs in mattress etc etc

The location is okay

No air conditioning as they mentioned in booking.com, and it's noisy when you oppen the window.

Good location although the road seemed noisy despite the double glazing. Breakfast was very good, even had decaf instead coffee!While it was a little annoying to have to pay extra for car parking it proved to be very worthwhile as there was an accident directly in front of the hotel at about 3am and had our car been parked there it would have been badly damaged or even written off!

Getting in and out of the garage was problematical as the entry button was damaged while the exit to the hotel and door button were not clearly marked.

Friendly staff. Good location opposite 2 restaurants recommend you ki . Breakfast was good as were the room. Would stay again

door to room didn’t close or lock !!! nothing done about it and when checking out receptionist was extremely rude

Breakfast was lovely and cheap, staff were very nice and short distance to the airport

Lovely staff.

Lightening is rather poor in the room and in the bathroom.Also there is no parking. The advertisement about parking facilities is quite ambiguous.
