    Pros +

    • This is a modern Hotel, well designed with a nice rooftop, pool and gym. Super clean. Friendly staff.
    • Staff was awesome especially hotel employee in dinning. Executive chef made some awesome meals. Location wasn¿t that great but Uber was welcoming. I was unable to take a proper shower, drainage terrible plus last 2 nights unable to sleep dogs barking room
    • Design, comfort, breakfast

    Cons -

    • No self laundry and sound proof room as advertised and did not sleep last two nights sure to figs barking and shower drainage poor¿
    • Oh well, where to start. I was given a room with broken shower fixtures. And also a broken coffee machine. I fail to understand how this can be even considered guest ready at that state. I put the issue up repeatedly, and each time I was told the hotel is fully booked. I believe them though, one should only look at the Macy's Christmas Parade of a crowd that was there for the buffet breakfast each morning. The place was grossly insufficient in handling the crowd, there was never a person there to check attendance. I think I skipped breakfast twice in this place, and only got a coffee and a snack the other two times. I have put up these issues with Hilton, and I think they gave me some credit that doesn't even cover a night. Oh well. My fault for ignoring the organiser's recommended list of hotels (out of 10, Hilton wasn't one). This was not a nice stay, I mostly hang out with my colleagues staying at, much better, Olive hotel.
    • No luggage racks in room, so we used the desk and chair. Need a night light for the bathroom because the door to toilet is glass. When one gets up at night and turns on the toilet light, it lights up the whole room, waking up the other person.

The staff tried to be helpful, it was generally clean.

Beds were exceptional--very roomy and comfy. Room and shower were large. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No luggage racks in room, so we used the desk and chair. Need a night light for the bathroom because the door to toilet is glass. When one gets up at night and turns on the toilet light, it lights up the whole room, waking up the other person.

Hotel felt brand new. Underground self park was a great perk. Rooftop bar view and staff made the limited time at the hotel.

The hotel is excellent location and the staffs are care. The only problem is there are many ants walk on the table. After showing to staff, he immediately changed a new room for us.

The service of the reception staff, the appearance of the rooms, and the cleanliness.

The hotel was booked when it was reported that the hotel had a rooftop pool. Two days before arriving at the hotel during our trip, we received an email that due to a malfunction, the hotel did not intend to fix the malfunction in the pool until the summer season.Malfunctions happen, but it was expected that the hotel would provide a discount on the fee due to the violation of the provided conditions.Another problem, in the gym, the treadmill was not working and was not repaired after contacting.

Fairly easy to drive to this location as it’s not directly in the tourists part of the city. Parking lot fills up quickly but there were a few spots right outside the parking lot for free so it wasn’t that big of a deal. There is a small area for pets to use the bathroom in the front however a lot of pet owners don’t clean up after their animals and you had to be very careful where you step.

When first arriving and going to check in both front desk personnel were working with the same client, I have no issue with this because sometimes we need to learn things together, the client left and they continued talking to one another instead of inviting me (standing right in front of them about 10 steps from the desk). As the two were talking to one another two men (Spanish speakers) came from the elevator and b-lined it straight to the front desk stepping in front of me and they were served! There was no “excuse me, sir, this lady was next” or any other acknowledgement when I was in clear view of them the whole time. Again, this was my first impression. They took over 10 minutes checking those clients out and when it finally came my turn the rest of my party was waiting including the children (I asked to be dropped off first to handle check in to make it easier since I noticed the the reception area was empty ). I’ve been waiting well over 20 minutes at this point and when I walked in there was literally NO ONE waiting or even present in the lobby. I told my husband to step in since I was pretty ticked with the insane lack of professionalism and customer service at this point. My husband begins checking in speaking Portuguese a language everyone with me understands as my husband is himself Portuguese along with his family who was travelling with us. This means that Portuguese is their first language and most of the were born and raised in Portugal. My husband’s first language is Portuguese and he holds dual citizenship. Maybe my mistake was speaking English to my children because the girl checking us in when going over the policy so condescendingly said “I’ll speak in English since it’s easier for you”. What the heck! All of that because as my husband was pulling out our passports he missed something she said and asked her (very nicely!) to repeat herself.

    Modern and decoration

No tooth brush available for sale in the premises . Fancy coffee machine in the room but no coffee capsules .

Everything was excellent. Very clean and comfort. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

When you walk into the lobby and through the common areas, the air fresher is over powering. Not sure why they have that going through the venting system. Have not experienced that in any other hotel.
