excellent location, just away from non stop high rise hotels line-up. Easy safe parking on the spot. Super clean, top mattres, mongrammed dheets and towels.Nice balcony with view. Breakfast perfect. 3 min walk to the long ciry beach down ( april 10th, seemes to early fir plastic/ pebbles cleanup).. Hellpful personnel. Decuded to come back in 2 days. What I liked: GREAT value for money Clean, polite and nice staff, very comfortable bed, good location, free car parking.What I disliked: bathroom window doesn’t close properly - hot water (1 night out 3) kinda finished. One person could take shower then it’s wasn’t available afterwards. All in all, I would recommend the place.

Best experience i have had. -Le Palazzine has it all. Its a beautiful moden hotell, very comfortable to stay at in every way. Beautiful location, breathtaking views, big and really nice outdoor areas with nice views. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The pool area is really nice and has comfortable sunbeds. Staff is friendly and very service minded. Food is really good, and so is the poolbar. Each morning we get fresh Americano coffe direct from espresso machine and a lovely breakfast with alot of options, fresh crosaints and bread still warm from oven. WiFi is powerful and covers everywhere, high speed internet. Modern quiet AC in the room. Hotel staff do a great job, very polite and service minded. Cleaning lady makes this place shine to perfection and is very professional. Hotel manager is a really nice guy and he helped me to get a rental car at a very good price from a serious rental company and he was helpful in all ways. They really made our stay easy, comfortable and relaxing. Im so happy with my stay here. -To me this place is five star. They do also offer different standard rooms for different budgets so you can pick a option best for your budget or personal preferences. No matter what you pick it will be really good value for money. Parking is very easy access and organised well if you have car. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and city buss takes you around the city easy. Also easy access to motorway about 15 minute drive in normal traffic.

View our balcony was backyard.Laundryservice was a joke, 30euros?!!? When we get our clothes they wasnt dry and smelling Bad, we have to put clothes everywhere our room. Not nice, i dont know where that Price coming..

Nice views and pool.

There is a swimming pool but it’s in shadow most of the time because of the trees. One of the receptionist wasn’t very friendly, we had to ask for a duvet because we didn’t have any in the room and the guy was just trying to give excuses so he didn’t have to go a find one for us.The room was super small, dark, humid and with horrible views. It had only one bedside table and just 2 plugs. Toilet lid was broken, the toilet roll holder was broken and some bolts came off the shower when having a shower.Also the shower gel’s and shampoo provided weren’t new, they were half and used, some of them were even leaking.

Cannot recommend

Our room wasn't clean, we had ants in the bed, the shower didn't drain, we sweated every night because the air conditioning didn't work well and there was no WiFi reception in our room either. The staff and manager were not helpful. We were promised after the first night that the cleanliness and the ants would definitely be taken care of, but nothing happened.

The building needs maintenance. The bathroom smelled very bad, probably from the sewage system. There was mold on the windows. The refrigerator in the room did not cool well. The bed was bad.

The outside restaurant had a nice view. The breakfast was nice

The room they gave us long looked nothing like advertised when booking. Was extremely small, not big enough to keep 2 suitcases, very old furniture and interior design. Toilet lid was not fastened properly and came off. Mountain view was mostly of a wall and dirty back yard. Staff unwilling to let us change rooms

No elevator, you need to walk for beachs

Great service, lovely food, facilities wonderful and views just stunning. By far the most superior of all our Albania bookings and reasonably priced.

No snack bar/light lunch options, eg burek, hot dog, sandwich or chips etc

The room and balcony were great. Liked the table and chairs in the room. The aircon was great. The pool area is also great.

The curtain came off the rail.The coffee was not great tasting and the hotel charges extra for cappuccino. Prices at the pool bar are very high and although we bought and collected items at the bar, the waiter still expected a tip.We could have been told about the stairs down to the beach on arrival.

Good views from the bar

Many things, pool closes at 8pm so don’t expect to get to be able to swim after a day at the beach. There is no jacuzzi, but a kids pool instead. Unfortunately the bar doesn’t serve food till 7:30pm so there is nothing to eat around the pool until then, only drinks. Also, 90% of the rooms will face a brick wall or tree or parking lot. So don’t plan on having a great view of the ocean. And lastly it’s on a pretty steep hill, so walking back from downtown at the end of the night isn’t as easy. I’d save my money and find a better, cheaper property closer to the water. There are alot for under $100.

It is noticeable that some rooms require cosmetic repairs, meager breakfasts.

Staff were friendly and approachable, the restaurant and bar was lovely and had great selection of food and cocktails. The pool was cool and refreshing, great views from the restaurant.

Was a bit further away from the beach and up a hill, quite far from Vlora town, however on a nice area surrounded by beaches and cafes. The room and furniture was a bit dated and the aircon didn’t stay that cold.

Everything. Location, fantastic service, amazing people working there. Each and everyone of them, from the cleaning lady, guys at the bar or reception staff. We felt pampered and well taken care of. Perfect if you travel with kids, everything is in reach. That little extra, where is quiet enough to relax, and fun for the kids as well, as the pool was a huge hit. Very safe and cosy place to be. Short walk to the beach, but we did not need to. Everything we needed was there. Splendid view of the sunset. All in all, a perfect stay. Wish they had more available days - as we booked on short notice. This is a true rating, as most properties in Vlore are overrated on booking.com.
