Location, comfort, clean.

Very few towels

The room was spacious. Hotel location was ideal, on the the seafront. Breakfast was delicious and filling.

The room wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Empty food packets were left in the room, presumably from the previous guests. Aircon was of poor quality and didn't really work well.

Location of the hotel was good.

Staff weren’t that helpful. Breakfast was awful, we didn’t eat it in the end. Hotel was unfinished and a bit broken in places. Our room was huge but worse poked out of the balcony and the sink in the bathroom had filler foam all round it.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the lungomare and the port/marina of Vlora. Although the location is very central, it is pretty quiet since there is no street in front of the hotel. Our rooms were very spacious, with big windows that offered a nice view on the sea.

Firstly, the location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was helpful and kind. My room was amazing with a beautiful view looking at sea

1.The air conditioning was not working properly. I could not sleep. 2. Their safe deposit box is not safe at all. I discovered that at the room 206 the four number secret code is of no value. The safe deposit box can be opened by any one using six zeros. This is a serious case should take a first priority by booking .com. this failure in these safe deposit boxes can create very serious problems. I hope Booking .com check the safe deposit at room 206. I have full trust in booking. Com to protect our documents and money we place at deposit boxes which should fully secured.

The hotel was terrible.The bathroom smell, water in shower also smell disgusting.Was very noisy. And air-conditioning was really weak.

Air conditioning does not currently function properly (anywhere in the hotel), so it was a hot night.

The facility is poorly constructed and badly maintained. Flooring in room is cheap, aging, and in disrepair in several places. Evidence of water damage several places in room (e.g. in cabinet around fridge). Room poorly cleaned (e.g. several long black hairs on nightstands beside bed). Breakfast staff surly.

i loved the view.

wi-fi was not usable (and, afterwards, I saw there are many other reviews saying the same) and the restaurant service was very bad. i left a detailed review on google, check that one as well.

Maybe the best location in town just 20 metres from the sea. Many restaurants around and a free private parking. Breakfast was good too. Would visit again!

The location and the view from the room were excellent!! The breakfast was really good. It wasn’t too big as a hotel which is nicer for us. The staff was very nice. Parking space was also good. We loved the view mostly and the fact that we could take a walk along the sea.

It was pleasant! We didn’t notice anything we didn’t like.
