Kraal Hotel Vlore

Definitely the best pet-friendly hotel in Vlor¿ area. Authentic 4 star and still developing and improving. Staff is really willing to help, don¿t hesitate to ask - they will accommodate if at all possible. No waves sand beach is 50 meters away.

The area north of port is still quite underdeveloped, you may need to walk 15-20 min to Lungomare nightlife. This has its pluses though - beach is not so crowded even in high season, nights are quiet. Stray dogs can be an issue if you are with your pet.

Fantastic breakfast, professional staff, and spacious room.

Underground parking and corridor to the elevator was very dark; lighting can be improved.

The hotel is wonderful; clean room, nice pool, friendly staff, pool bar, the view is wonderful from the room. There was also free drinks and water in the room in addition to local drink as farewell gift. There is option for open buffet dinner for 20 euros/person. The food is generally average during breakfast and dinnerWe requested late check out due to our late flight and they happily let us stay a bit longer.

There is no coffee in the room (only tea). The room is not soundproof. It is noisy from outside or when others are talking in the hall.The beach close to the hotel was for us not for swimming we had to drive 30-60mins to a nice clear water. The underground garage is very tight, so be careful

The pool is nice and the food is ok, but same food every day

Amazing and cheerful staff, nice pool and waiting service. They organized many activities from pool fitness yoga sessions etc. Enjoyed my time and will be back in September also. See you again guys!!

We were upgraded to a spacious suite with a beautiful sea view

I think it’s located at the more shabby end of Vlore, although the beach is nice.

We closed the hotel right at the 90th minute and it was a great decision. Lovely hotel, spacious rooms. With a sea view. Very large pool, spacious lobby, outside overlooking the sea. We took two rooms and the room for 3 comes with a bed, this is important and not a sofa bed. Very good breakfast. The staff was lovely, so smiling, warm, welcoming with love and patience. Excellent cleanliness, everything we asked for was answered quickly and patiently. We were very pleased with the hotel and our stay there. Book a very spacious hotel. Close to the center.

Everything was perfect!I really liked the hotel, the pool, and especially the friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back.The employees were very kind. A special thank you to Lore (I think that was his name ?), the receptionist who helped us organize a taxi when our car was blocked. That was a very kind and helpful gesture – thank you!Also, great feedback for the pool guy, Saymon (I hope I got the names right) were very dedicated and always ready to help. Please appreciate these employees – their kindness and support are very important for guests.Thanks again!

The only remark that we have is the timing for your restorant. It will be very good the kitchen to be available all day for us, not only for launch and dinner time. Thanks

The hotel is fairly clean and room were specious and very clean.

The staff especially SOME waiters were slow and not very nice. The location is not great, and surrounding properties were dirty and falling apart. The beach is public and about 100 yards away which was also dirty. The worst is the great amount of sparrow nests around balconies that fly around the facility, pool, and parking doing their business all over. lack of parking is another minus. The restaurant closes from 3 till 7 which leaves people checking in after 3 with no food options. menu also very limited, breakfast is decent.

The staff was welcoming and friendly upon checkin and during each interaction. They responded quickly to messages and were helpful with suggestions. The bathroom was comfortable, and I loved the lighted/heated mirror. There was free parking along the side of the street, and the staff was helpful in letting us know where we could park and that it was monitored by cameras. The pool looks nice and there were a ton of families and kids using it when we checked in, but it was a bit chilly for us! For families with kids, there is a playground as well, which kids were using until night time.

It seems that the hotel is either just finishing construction or is undergoing renovations. The parking garage was not available as it was under construction, as well as the spa. The pillows were not great - the kind that instantly deflate the minute you put your head on them. I would love to see two different pillows available on the bed, or in the closet, or available upon request. You couldn't really go out on the balcony, as there were so many birds flying around out there, they were obnoxious and we were concerned one was going to fly into the room! The view was ok, if you looked past the dilapidated motel behind the pool area. The breakfast was mediocre - it did the job, but it wasn't great. The location was fine, but in hindsight, I should have chosen a location closer to the Lungomare Promenade for more restaurants, etc.

Lovely place to stay for the hotel itself All the staff are friendly and helpful In the photos, it doesn't show the balcony for triple room but we had one small balcony which was really nice!

-Neighborhood was not so lovely as the hotel a bit of walks to the town -Breakfast was the only thing we didn't like. -pool was quite cold when we stayed but it's because we were there early for the season

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, much better than what I thought and great for a night. The room was extremely comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area was the best, really great. The breakfast was buffet style and good. The location isn't the best as that part of the beach is just ok but you are very close to the rest of the beach and the long promenade.

Booked in last minute to shelter from the floods and take advantage of their power/generator when the electricity went out! The staff were very patient and helpful and it was very comfortable.

The staff were really friendly especially the waiters from the restaurant- thank you for your hospitality. . Comfortable beds too and quiet a decent size balcony. Market very close by. The other bars and restaurants are within 20 min walking too.

During our stay we couldn't use the pool any of the days unfortunately. Such a pity as we picked the place for having a pool and for being beach front - the beach there is not very pretty so ended up just by the pool.The restaurant should have some more food options and their prices are too high for the quality they are offering.

Location was great. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good.

The TV didn’t work. We asked about this at the reception and they said they would send someone to look at it. When nothing happened we asked again. Still no one came!
