Aoraki Court Motel

We got very lucky and got a room upgrade and that completely made our stay! The upgrade to a two bedroom with jacuzzi made this my favorite hotel out of 9 places we stayed at! Beautiful grand views of the mountains, and just dark enough for stars!

The man at the check in desk wasn't too friendly when I tried to see if we could check in early at 1pm. He was very curt and told me come back at check in time which was at 2pm. Wish he could've been a little kinder about it.

Very new, fast reliable internet and clean. All you need for your stay at Mt Cook.

The location. We had everything we needed. The room was large.

The tub was very slippery. They need to put a rubber mat in for showering. I almost fell. There were some dirty marks on the kitchenette floor and grass inside the room.

The location and the view.

Needs patio furniture, a new bed and a different shower head. Lights on patio affected views of stars from our room. The room smelled like air freshener. Too strong.

Well equiped , clean , good location

No enough heating

Brand new, great shower, large corner room, fully equipped mini kitchen with dishwasher and good sized refrigerator and clothes washer. We could even see the constellations from our room #27. Easy walk to grocery stores and several restaurants in main town square.

Great location close to everything in Mt. Cook Village. Clean and comfortable. Great mountain views out the window. Easy after hours check in.

The location is perfect and just a few minutes drive away from several trailheads. We also had views of the mountains directly out of our back door.

Our group of 5 enjoyed the chance to stay in the same unit. The convenience of staying in the village was crucial to being able to do several hikes.

The units seemed generally clean, but the carpets were a bit grungy.

Bed was not super comfortable. Felt a little bit like sleeping in a plastic cover. After check in we had a cup coffee in the room before doing a little hiking. We ask the desk clerk for a few coffee pods for the morning. He acted very stingy, and grudgingly gave us one more pod. After paying such a high price for a room, you would think they could afford two or three dollars in coffee. Just very poor customer service.

Clean functional room with some cooking facilities. Hot water pressure was great.

Parking is quite tight.

Convenient to everything and out of the hoards at the hermitage. Quiet and a comfortable bed.

Very clean, almost spotless kitchen and bath. Overall very comfortable stay with quick and easy access to the park. The staff are lovely and want to make your stay enjoyable - they are very accomodating and spa tub is wonderful!

Great location, very spacious and well-equipped. The staff was responsive, the property was clean, and parking is conveniently located right in front of your motel room.

The view from my room was not great. The shower cabin had a dome-shaped enclosure, which felt cramped for my height. I would have preferred a handheld shower rather than a fixed one, as it provides more flexibility and makes it easier to adjust the water flow. It’s pricey for what it offers, considering the location.

The location in Mt Cook Village is amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was actually a better standard of accommodation than expected so we were very pleased.

Beds were a little bouncy and run down

The rooms are clean and spacious with complete amenities for cooking. We love the jacuzzi and the view of the mountains and night sky. We can park our car right in front of our room doors.

Price is on the high side and limited food choices around.
