Convenient, comfortable bed and good shower

Breakfast closed early, which was fine as I had been advised. However I arrived at breakfast along with 20 rugby players and staff who consumed almost every thing in sight. I left and returned after 45 minutes to find there wasn’t a cup for the coffee machine. Eventually I got a little breakfast but it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Very conveniently situated in a big commercial centre and not far from the centre of Castres

Our room this time was facing the main road which can be a bit busy.

Secure parking compound. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Hotel is in a retail park, which is handy for travel connections and fine for me but its not what you'd call picturesque.

It was just what we expected , the food was good

To far to walk into town,but they served good food and drinks in the restaurant

The breakfast wasn’t all that great. The rooms were backdated and tacky with the artwork. We had a family sized room although there was only two of us and it only had one towel rail and no means to two towels up or put any toiletries in the shower. Wild.

staff was super friendly, and the location was great with stores nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed and helpful. easy access to town if you have a rental car.

There is no fridge or kettle in the room, and it is a bit far from town without a car.

Lovely place to stay. Wheelchair accessible and a great place to stop for a night over. Food was delicious and would definitely stay again.

comfortable and quiet room, breakfast selection was good and dinner was good value. located on a main road but close to fast food outlets, bakery and supermarket which is convenient if that's what you want. parking was easy.

Clean, bright, modern hotel. Large room with very comfortable bed. Good shower. Self service breakfast with plenty of choice.

It was a long walk from the centre of Castres but that was my fault for not checking when booking.

I had a large room with a good window, and the staff were most helpful in carrying my suitcase to and from my car, which I could park safely outside near the reception area.

The room is a little bit small but it is no big deal.

The confort of the bed, a spacious bedroom very clean. Good staff support, always polite.

No kettle in the bedroom and no iron, guest need to get to the reception every single time for a hot drink, and take the clothes they eant to iron down to the reception for ironing.

Breakfast was included and ok. Price reasonable

Restaurant was closed (not Covidrelated but annual holiday but this was not indicated on website) Isolated venue unless you wanted McDonalds

Breakfast was excellent, and the service very attentive. The room was large and had everything, including a table for the bed, which is unusual.

It's a shame they closed the restaurant for the summer because it's a way out of town and there's not much else around.

The bed was super comfy and the restaurant meal was fabulous, with snails as a starter & traditional Boeuf Bourginon as a main. All washed down with a local Burgundy red wine.
