Very good front desk staff. Good location about 15 minutes walk from city centre. Upgraded to a privilege room which was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking.

After ordering dinner in the bat it took more than an hour to receive food. They had a big group in the dining room and I think they forgot about us. Also, when it arrived it was not very hot.

Pool, gym, sauna.

The staff were lovely, friendly, efficient and polite. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere.Breakfast provided a great choice, as did dinner, very good value for money.Really lovely pool area too.The hotel provides plenty of secure parking.

There was no safe in the room.

Rooms quite small & basic, shower over bath was one of those which sends water everywhere!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We could get a drink and meal without having to venture out into Castres. Breakfast was very good indeed. Parking easy and secure.

Very nice hotel We were cycling so it was lovely to have the pool area to relax in post our ride. We had been upgraded so the room size was great and I particularly loved the NUXE toiletries. Breakfast was extremely varied with lots of different options. It is 15 mins to the town centre....but we saw the hotel centre hotels when we walked around and I valued the space and pool area more here than being bang in town. We particularly liked having tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge.....but then, we're British!

Location challenging if you’re using public transport. Bedroom equipment is a little dated.

great, but fix your Aircon’s

Aircon temperature was to high, everyone I ask to have it colder it’s the same excuse can’t get it colder as it to hot outside and that’s not true Aircon’s are not working

The staff at reception were excellent we traveled over from Ireland and they were very helpful giving taxi numbers and restaurant recommendations

The location of this hotel is really good - easy to get to by car and walking distance from the centre of town (around 15 minutes walk). The hotel is actually much bigger than we thought it would be and had a lovely-looking restaurant and an outdoor space with a pool that must be fantastic in the summer! We will definitely be back here again.

The parking is not great - there is parking but the parking at the front by the entrance is a bit weirdly set out. However, there is another parking area at the back of the hotel, it's just not obvious. However, the very nice receptionist explained how to find it etc, so a solution was readily found.

Location good. Did not have breakfast.

Had great trouble accessing the parking area at 11.30 pm. Finally got through on intercom to reception. Then had the same problem accessing the hotel itself this time no one answering the intercom. Unable to exit the parking lot by foot we had to walk round the side of the building (!!) to the front entrance in order to enter (no one manning reception!)

Exceptional staff. Our room had a balcony and unfortunately us leaving the door to it open let in a lot of mosquitoes from a nearby tree. Ella (?) on reception couldn't have been more helpful, arriving with spray and seeing everything was put to rights.

Location is just a bit too far out of the centre of town to be convenient, if you fancy having a drink and not driving.
