Location of the hotel in the heart of the city and not far from the railway station. Very good staff and help 24 hours.

Location fantastic at a lovely time of the year but very surprised nothing much open on New Years Eve in Castres !

Like everything from start to finish excellent location great friendly staff and service was excellent.room was spotless bathroom was excellent and shower facilities were also excellent will definitely go back there.

Have stayed here many times now and it is always superb - the staff are really lovely, the rooms are fantastic and the location is just great, right in the centre of town.

I didn’t like the open plan bathroom arrangement up and down a couple of potentially dangerous steps (for older people that is) but my wife did ! You can’t please everyone !

Stylish, clean and staff were friendly & very helpful . Very central location.

Our room didn’t have anywhere to store clothes, but as we were there only 1 night it didn’t matter at all.

Stunning boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and furnished in a beautiful Town

No vehicle access to reception so had to find an on road parking space and the walk to hotel with luggage

Loved the old French style of the property. Right next to the main square and my room looked out on a chocolateria! Couldn’t get more French than that! Staff were very friendly. Lovely breakfast.

The building is loaded with character and whilst we chose a ‘comfort’ room we had everything we needed for our stay. The surprise was the opportunity to take an evening menu at the hotel - the staff were incredible from check in to the bar and the proprietor cooked THE best Lamb Curry ever then chatted with us about wine, the region, places to visit and cheese !! It was a fabulous, memorable evening.

The only challenge is finding the car parking which is not far but wish we’d asked prior to arrival as hotel is in a pedestrian area - don’t let you put that off - parking is v close and very low cost.
