Tourist Tax Notice: Please note that, effective 01st October 2025, a compulsory Tourist Tax of EUR 3 per person (from 12 years old), per night will be applicable at all tourist accommodations across Mauritius. This tax is payable directly by guests at the end of their stay and is not included in the room rate. Damage procedures: All clients will be required to complete the check-in formalities in the presence of our Front Desk Team with an orientation of the accommodations booked. This includes the preauthorization of a security deposit of 500 Euros (or equivalent in Mauritian Rupees) for all guests staying in our Premium Suites, Villas and Penthouses, which may be claimed against any breakages, excessive damage, or loss to property. During the check-out formality, our Front Desk will inform the client of such occurrence and claim the amount due on the spot upon departure.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
