    Pros +

    • The staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. Check in was smooth, the front desk had my paperwork ready as soon as I walked in. The location was amazing, very walkable and close to many of the great things Marrakesh has to offer. It was extremely quiet in the hotel. It was almost as if we were the only ones there.
    • Location is in a good area
    • The room was perfect

    Cons -

    • This hotel had a lot of potential. Great location, photos looked great. Unfortunately, too many things went wrong, which impacted our stay negatively.Location:The hotel is in the same building as 2 clubs that play loud music until at least 4 in the morning. The bass was audible from our room all night. Depending on your interest, you may enjoy this. Room: On arrival, we were placed in a single double bed and the staff immediately moved us to another room, as we wanted separate beds. The rooms and bathroom are very large. Layout of the room is unusual, the toilet is located in a closet behind the hotel room door, separated from the sink, shower and bathtub. However, when we entered the new room, there were stains on the carpeted floors, one of the curtains was partially torn, so it did noy close fully. The door handle to the bathroom toilet broke off and the glass door to the shower appeared to be barely hanging on to the wall and it also did not close fully, allowing water to spread through the bathroom. The TVs are also very difficult to operate, which was frustrating. They needed to come to our room multiple times to operate or reset the device through which they stream live television. A chair leg also broke which we discovered at the end of the stay while we were packing. It was very cold in Marrakesh during our stay and the heating unit did not do a good job of heating the room. We had it set to 30 C on high and it still remained cold during the night.Airport transport: The front desk walked outside and gathered a taxi for our 6am flight, it was not included in our stay.Brunch: It is located in the shisha lounge downstairs. It was cold in Marrakesh during our visit, and we did not visit the pool.Overall, I would not consider this a 4 star hotel and would be unlikely to stay here again. There was construction ongoing during the stay, which may have been a factor in how the hotel functioned.
    • Very bad service, this is the first hotel I ever stay in that did not have a bed sheet prepared on the bed when I entered the room I had to call reception and ask them for a bed sheet. It took them 30 minutes to inform me that a 4 stars hotel ran out of bed sheets and I had to just use an extra blanket as a bed sheet! This is highly unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable not to mention that the room was not cleaned properly and the sheets were dirty! Never staying at this hotel again.
    • Only two things I didn’t like which was the toilets they didn’t have Bidet(Shattaf) and the balcony wasn’t closing properly so you hear the street sounds.

Hotel was in good location with access to several restaurants and parks. Staff were cordial and helpful which made me feel safe as I was travelling alone ( female).

The room was spacious with a large bathroom & balcony. The staff were really friendly & helpful, sorting any requests & minor issues straight away. The location was convenient for short walks to lovely restaurants, rooftop bars & the Medina.

It felt a bit like they weren’t fully ready for guests as the rooftop pool area had all cushions stacked behind an unopened bar & tables upturned. They did layout Sun lounger cushions & towels on request. But it felt a bit neglected up there!

Really nice hotel, big and comfortable room with a nice balcony. The staff was really attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served in the restaurant next door and it was delicious.

Great location, easy to catch a cab or walk to sites, clean, welcoming staff, great breakfast. Loved sitting out on the balcony for the view. Landry service was wonderful and fast.

    We enjoyed everything.

Great location. Very spacious room, great service and breakfast.

The location was good. Staff was okay.

It took them three hours to send up complementary water, fruit(an over ripe banana, apple, and orange)....the coffee they promised never arrived. The room was dark and looked out to a construction site. Even after turning on all the lights, it was still dark. The lavatory was in a separate closet, with a sloped wall over the toilet that had a foul odor. I would not recommend this hotel.

    9johnPosted on: 2-13-2025

the staff was extremely helpful and went beyond what you would expect. location was very good. a number of resturants within 5 min walking distance bank and atm close by. walking day or night very safe. even a grocery store less than 10 min.walk. short taxi ride to medina

the tv's are on a satellite system which provide alot of channels unhappily there is alot of buffering on all the channels we selected

The hotel is located outside of the Medina in a really nice area 10’ walk by the central square. If are not a big fun of the Riads it’s a really nice option. The stuff was very helpful and kind with everything we asked. They gave us information, suggestions and tips for the city. The room was specious with big bathroom.

The hotel is located next to a club so sometimes we could hear the music.

Breakfast was very good it was located in a nice restaurant in the building. It is not buffet style, but you get a few choices and it is very tasty and filling. The front counter staff and all others that worked there were excellent, they were all very friendly and helpful all through our stay, and were always ready to help. Great location in the heart of the nice restaurant and entertainment area, and walking distance or a short cab ride to the Medina.

Hotel staff were very helpful, accommodating and gave us very helpful advice. Smooth check-in process and allowed us to keep our bags at reception for the day after we checked out. Great and filling breakfast, although options were limited

The toilet seat wasn't fixed. Balcony wasn't clean.

    9NoelPosted on: 11-24-2024

Breakfast was excellent, in the restaurant next door, though we hadn't expected to be charged for our second coffee. The staff were really helpful. The area was very safe.

We stayed here 8 days. Breakfast was wonderful.

    Facilities a little bit old.

    9RaymondPosted on: 11-1-2024

Big rooms, lovely staff lot of traffic at night

    9RebeccaPosted on: 10-26-2024

Located close to medina, clean and quiet

Breakfast was hard work. Staff French speaking. Set menu with 2/3 of items I didn’t want. Buffet style would be better.
