Quite. Friendly stuff.

Hotel is very far from the city center. Swimming pool wasn't working for a couple of days. Dust everywhere. My shower ? was broken and had to get them to fix it. Flushing toilet makes a very loud noise. Breakfast buffet does not have a variety of choices. Hotel doesn't worth the money!!.

Staff were very helpful.

Beds were uncomfortable, and the riad was half an hour away from the city centre. Limited choice in breakfast. The owner should spend a little money to update rooms and bathrooms.

This Hotel needs updating and maintenance Rooms are very poor and we aren't fussy types. Guests were arriving and asking to leave. It's such a shame as staff were wonderful and the location and grounds are beautiful just needs TLC

Lovely cleaning ladies, nice grounds, pool with reclining seats. Decent breakfast

Reception staff were unfriendly. We had free transfers into marrakech the driver made a huge fuss about deviating a few streets we offered him additional 50dh he wanted 100dh and then wanted to drop us 1.5km away in midday heat when we had luggage. My 17 year old daughter was sexually harassed by male staff when we left her for 20 minutes. Overall not the best time.

The swimming pool was lovely. The surroundings with all the plants and animals was very special and unique just outside the busy citycenter of Marrakech

The rooms were not cleaned at all. They also need serious maintenance as the doors were broken, and the bathroom was not well organized. The breakfast was limited.

Our first room was very basic. The rooftop room was excellent in style and separate from other guests.

We did not sleep in the nice part of hotel with swimming pool, we had to go few hundred meters to another garden.

I loved the hospitality of the staff very warm and welcoming. The natural beauty of morroco just made it perfect. I would recommend waking up at 6. One day just to catch the sunrise and there are beautiful peacocks that roam freely. You are in paradise.I loved MoMo the taxi driver he was the best.

Make sure you don't pay for printing out your boarding pass. Since they have a printer there and you need it to be printed leaving Morroco.

This is the most terrible of my accommodations.The rooms were absolutely terrible, dirty and during the whole night some.pipes were squeaking heavily - nobody was able to.catch a sleep.

It’s laid back ambience, the lovely gardens and the peacocks strutting around. it was a oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech. Plus three were lots of comfortable shaded areas to escape from the heat.

The staff, the hotel and the food were excellent. The family of resident peacocks with the beautiful gardens gave the whole place a paradise feel. Will be going back.

There were areas of the hotel which were not maintained as well as they could be. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere, but there was a free shuttle that was quick from the hotel straight into the centre of Marrakech.

The dinner in the evening was delicious, Rashid from the staff members was really kind.

Dont waste money to stay there. We had to cancel the second night as the room was disappointing and very run down.

Staff could not do enough for you, and owner was lovely. Highly recommended

My girlfriend struggled with breakfast, but that is because she is fussy. I did not and enjoy it

Nice rooms, not modern, more traditional, but very clean and big. Very good breakfast. The stuff also very nice. I recommend it.

l liked the decor, gardens and my room was spacious as was my terrace. The property had a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for de-stressing plus the staff were friendly and welcoming.

it feels like catfish. pictures glamourised everything. The building is very old, you have to use your body to push against doors type of old. beds are old. food was mediocre .

Breakfast ok but had to ask for cold milk and hot water. Not much selection as no yoghurt or other cereals. Grounds and pool area very nice. Additional food very expensive and property a bit out of the way and not easy to find.
