Tenuta Moreno

Clean large spacious rooms. Welcoming and kind staff. Breakfast has eggs made to order.

I wish the groundskeeper had a daily morning checklist or if there us a checklist add "check the pool for cleanliness before guests arrive" Because, unfortunately what I found that some lover's left behind, prevented me from using the pool, which was a feature I spent my money on.

The pool and the pool bar menu were fantastic along with the staff.

The restaurant menu was limited

Nice property with good facilities

Staff were very nice but hotel appeared to be seriously understaffed. Service at the pool bar durning the day and particularly the hotel bar beside restaurant at night was very slow and sporadic.

I would have liked decaf coffee to be available in the room. Also no milk was available in the room.Otherwise very good choice.

Live music in the bar very loud, spoiled the fabulous ambience.

Grounds and pool area was amazing.

Very inaccessible, unless you have a car. No public transport (i.e. train/bus). The hotel also does not offer shuttle service. The only option if you don’t have a car is a taxi service coming from Brindisi which costs about €50 one way. Also a surprising lack of attention to detail for a expensive 4 star hotel, we had a bath towel with a hole in the centre, the dustbin in the bathroom was broken and rusted, and the bar meant to be open from 1600-0000, however there was no bartender.

The location was beautiful although not very central if you do not have a car.

We had cold water for half our stay so cold showers, only after 2 days there was warm water. Food in the restaurant was disappointing, for a 4 star hotel I would expect a 4 star service as well. Only reception staff spoke English restaurant and bar staff only spoke Italian.

Lovely grounds, amazing service people. Huge beds, huge pool.

Spa and sport facilities where unclear. Fruit is something special to ask, because in default it’s not really available.Surroundings are a bit unkept, fruit that is not being picked from the trees.

It was all great, facilities good and staff friendly

They need more coffee machines at breakfast as the queue was long

Good place and good facilities. Good swimming pool.

Hotel stuff behavior was not so good. Old fashion design room .

Very clean with large spaces including rooms and pool, good food and friendly staff.

Could do with a bit of a makeover. Parts of the property are tired and need replacement. Such as the old pool loungers, falling apart bicycles and tennis court, and the long untidy grass areas.

Clean. Well organised. Great pool and lovely pool staff apart from one grumpy young guy!

Coffee....Americana was weakPoor information about what cooked options for breakfastPoor information about room service and food for bambini. Could we have asked for different sandwiches? We only saw the playground when we were leaving....a map of the site would be useful Staff on reception were not very cheerful or welcoming... Unlike the pool staff.

This property is a stunning location and very clean!
