Masseria Chiancone Torricella

The restaurant was excellent! The hotel and location were beautiful.

The pool and hot tub closed at 6pm, we arrived after 5pm. We shared a balcony with 3 or 4 other rooms.

Nice property, staff was friendly. Pool was large but you need to buy a mandatory swim cap from them, other than that it was a nice relaxing place.

Only close to Alberobello but a little far from Polignano a Mare, Monopoli & Ostuni. The breakfast was mediocre, not always fresh and not enough to choose from.

This place might have been gorgeous at one time but staff are fighting a loosing battle to keep it up. Common areas are good but our room needed an overhaul. Can't say if the rest of the place is the same. Heavily damaged walls, peeling headboards. Linens were clean though.

The restaurant at the residence is both for breakfast and dinner amazing, it has great service and the dinner is of high quality dining. It has a big pool and great parking for cars. The staff was trully amazing, from check in to room cleaning staff, everyone was kind and helpful. English was not a problem.

We thought this residence would have been more high end, although it has all the historical facts etc.. it felt very old and not really up to date. The pool was slightly damaged inside. The room and bathroom were very dated and we had difficulties opening the windows to the terrace..so it was just dark in our room. Not really price/quality. The restaurant was amazing but very expensive.

I was expecting a little bit more from a 4* Hotel and from a stay in a Masseria. The rooms are ok, but look a little bit old and the wifi reception is very poor (almost nonexistent). The staff at the reception was not particularly nice and it made us uncomfortable that they kept our passports for the entire night.The overall experience was not bad, but I would not recommend it.

It's run down, our room although was huge needed an upgrade badly, as did some other areas. No gym, very little variety for evening menu. Follow GPS not the signs on the road. Bathroom too dark and an odd window from room into bathroom.

Nice location, pretty exterior

Air conditioning was too weak, weird shower heads that send off very strong jets of water like needles, plastic cups for juice at breakfast, terrible coffee, weird check in where they take your passport and instead of giving it right back walk you to the room. Pool was cold
