Grand Hotel Olimpo

Quite central, spacious room, friendly staf

It was a Beautiful Hotel.The staff was Wonderful from the time we walked in the front door to check in they were over the top with their hospitality. The room was wonderful and impeccably clean. I can not say enough goodvthings about Grand Hotel Olimpo. The Breakfast was Wonderful as the man serving. He was very helpful, accommodating and very pleasant. Thank you all for making our stay one of the best on our Italy trip. Highly recommend and look forward to returning..

Good location, barefood to see Trulli village, nice breakfast, very kind stuff

Good staff. Good location. Good breakfast. Good parking in garage.

Shower was awkward and water temperature difficult to regulate. Even repairman could not fix. Not good for those with mobility problems.

We booked a classic double room with balcony and asked for a double bed. The room was very small, the balcony one foot wide and they never provided a double bed despite asking three times. The room didn't look like the pictures on booking.com and most of the other rooms had proper balconies. The room was definitely not value for money.

A different hotel probably, but we were on a tour and separately booked an extra day to enjoy the Trulli landscape. Very disappointing end to a good trip.

Location was great and we had parking, and breakfast was included

Breakfast is excellent and very tasty with wide selection. The hotel is located 8-10 min by walk from the city center. We stayed very relaxed.

The property location was perfect. Great staff, very clean, breakfast was very good. They have garage parking which was a plus.

Very clean hotel, with friendly staff and a good selection of breakfast. The location is only a few minutes walk away from the magnificent trulli.

The water in the bathroom was a bit unstable, being summer was not a huge issue but in winter it will definitely be annoying. Maintenance team please look into it.

Staffs were nice and location is good

Not like a 4star hotel. Very old and you don’t even have coffee/tea/kettle in room. Breakfast is bad. Omelette is not included.

Parking

Bad quality room in poor condition not even cleaned well.Upon arrival we were requested by reception to provide our IDs for check in as per standard however after the reception guy checked us in he didnt give our IDs back and instead he kept them. On next day we had a morning breakfast and the reception shift was different and they didnt gave us the IDs too. After breakfast we packs our bags, check out at reception, paid in full (150 euro for a night stay which by the way is expensive compared to the poor room quality and service overall) after which we were told goodbye and that was it. Later that night we arrrived at new location and when we tried to check in noticed our IDs were never given back to us. I called the hotel reception and after 10 minutes call in which the reception could not even understand english the whole time told me "IDs here come get them" . I asked the receptionist from my new accommodation to call back and speak in italian language so we could coordinate and he was told if we dont get our IDs TODAY they will send them to police??? So we had to drive back 2 hours (around 200 kilometers for which i have to pay gasoline price as well by the way) right after i drove those 200 kilometers and i needed rest which was denied because of the issue. We were at Auberobello the whole day of which time we were NEVER EVER contacted by phone or chat by the reception at Olimpo to tell us our IDs are there instead they tell me they will give my IDs to police without even trying to reach me over the phone?? What kind of nonsense is that really. We have been around a lot and i have never ever had that bad of a service. When picking up the IDs there was not even an apology by them!!!

It was a very nice place, staff were extremely nice. Delicious breakfast and walk distance to the center. Highly recommend it!

Bed a little hard. And winter time very cold.
