Great location and everyone was very nice. Rooms were spacious.

Breakfast was good. A bit far from centre but Angelo and Gianfranca drove us to our tour point. Recommended a restaurant where we had an excellent dinner, then they came to pick us up when night ended. This was beyond what we expected. Thank you.

It was the perfect choice to stay at Alberobello. Very clean and comfort stay . The lacation was perfect and the hospitality from the owners was amazing.

The room is big and has also a quite big balcony. Very clean and neat, but I found the decoration a little bit old fashioned. It was irrelevant to the Italian architecture. The stuff is very nice and helpful. We could do our checkin before the real the checkin time. The breakfast is fine.

A bit further from the main Trulli area but it's not that much big of a deal because it's still a walking distance. The minibar didn't work properly. It may cause a problem especially if you're traveling in the summer. The bathroom should be separated by a real wall, from base to the ceiling. It can be heard every time you flush the toilet from the rest of the room.

hotel location is good, about 300m from the trulli museum. the hotel is recently renovated and nicely decorated. rooms are spacious, shower is comfortable, beddings are of good quality, and the breakfast is good. hotel staff is friendly and warm.

the refrigerator is a bit noisy.

Hotel was actually a surprise for us because the front looks ordinary...but lots of parking in front of the hotel...great staff and an excellent breakfast too. Room was very nice and clean. I wish we had time to stay a little longer!

The front was a bit deceiving really, but once inside you'll be pleasantly surprised!

The rooms were beautiful ! 2 of the rooms booked had a balcony, one had a sauna. All had a tv that could log into your own Netflix in which worked well for down time with the kids. Nice lounge area for drinks in evening that had games like Jenga and chess. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They brought a kettle to my room so I could do baby bottles. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Got complimentary drinks before leaving and my son was given a toy as a gift which was lovely. Def recommend to stay for families as were so welcoming.

Only thing that would have made it better would have been a kettle, tea and coffee sachets in the room but was not end of world as could get things from bar to room.

Very clean, friendly staff, 5 to 10 min walk to Rione Monti and Aja Piccola.

Spacious room and really large beds/ we had two single beds.

The bathroom was dated, shower looked a bit dirty. No cups for drinks. Towels a bit old. The breakfast was ok but tablecloth with holes and again dated. Stuff at the breakfast was a unfriendly and didnt speak any English.

Very clean but also very basic. We booked last minute and it was one of the few options available. Staff very friendly but this is a 3 star hotel. We booked for 3 nights at last minute as our accommodation fell through elsewhere. To be honest Alberobello is good for a day trip from maybe Monopoli or a coastal town. No need to stay more than that

Everything. Location, room, breakfast, staff.Can't fault it. Parking is free, just outside of the hotel. Plenty of soace in September.

The property is a very beautifully decorated one and is very comfortable for stay in this amazing town.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole hotel has a nice warmth about it.The location is also very good close to all the major attractions in the city.
