Hotel Lanzillotta

Great location. The breakfast was okay, there was a good variety of types of food to choose from.The staff was helpful.

The furniture and overall feel of the room was not really good. There was a lot of stuff crammed in the small space and all of it had scratches and signs of heavy use. The bathroom was in the same condition as the furniture. Nothing too dramatic but they would do well to renovate a bit.

Great location, very nice staff, clean property

Poor soundproof. You can hear banging doors all night especially when there’s a big group.

Amazing stuff, were so kind and helpful! Very good location silence and close to both touristy area and the train station, clean and beautiful and very nice breakfast:) Truly everything was perfect especially the stuff each one of them! Definitely recommend

The location, the free breakfast, friendly staff, AC fridge, hot water and slippers. Internet was good.

There is no kettle the breakfast is typical but it’s free. The coffee machine was not great. There’s a balcony, but you can’t really hang out because the sun strikes you. There’s no cover. It’s noisy out. It is a busy area. You can’t hang out either because your neighbor is too close for comfort. The room is tiny, but it’s OK for one person or two small people. The TV didn’t work well.

The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable.The location is very perfect, right at the center of the town.

Please do something with the internet connection - even now when the hotel is almost empty - the wifi is really slow.

The hotel’s location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. One staff member at breakfast stood out—his kindness and positive energy made our mornings so much better.

The sofa bed in our room was uncomfortable, especially on the second night when the mattress sagged in the middle

Missing parking

The hotel is very charming with an excellent location and great potential for improvement. The walls are quite thin, and the staff is very active during the night, so a good night's sleep is not necessarily guaranteed. The staff is excellent and helpful, especially the reception. For a night or two, I recommend it.

Noise.

The location was everything, right in the middle of where you would want to stay! The man in the breakfast room was so sweet and helpful and kind to me, he had such a lovely aura.

The two women on reception when I checked in were quite rude to me and I could tell by their body language that they said something bad about me in Italian that made me feel uncomfortable.

Easy late booking and desk manned 24 hrs. Breakfast good. location good and price reduced for late booking. Late check out great.

Air conditioner and blinds not functioning.

A nice, clean and safe place. It's very close to the station and the center. The breakfast was fulling. I definitely recommend it

The location is perfect to explore Alberobello. I came by bus from Bari and it was a short walk from the train station.

It is a little bit outdated but going to be renovated soon. There was no kettle in the room.

Great Location. It’s near the places we want to visit and public transport. Staff are warm and pleasant. Everything is clean and well maintained.

I wished the air condition can blow cooler wind and a must kettle inside the room.
