Location. Spacious room. The reception replies to inquiries promptly. Good breakfast. Luggage storage after checkout.

The breakfast was relatively nice but there were kids running everywhere and all the tables were full of leftover food and dishes - it was utterly wiped out. The staff cleaned a place but there were kids running and screaming.

There was no heat or hot water. Really. It was so cold at night I had to get up, put on real clothes and sleep with my jacket. I went down and the hotel staff said there was a problem with their new boiler and they were trying to get it fixed. Kids kept knocking on the door and then running off. Used hotspot on phone for wi-fi. It was miserable.

Perfect location for getting down into the "real" town for eating and shopping and for other things. Comfy room. Great shower. Ample towels. Large array of breakfast choices in a wonderful location. Parking

Parking in all small towns is a struggle, but the front desk had several options they gave us. Pay attention to places that allow only residents to park more than an hour.

Clean and quiet, perfect location

Hotel just next to the trulli area, at the end of the main street. Overall a good place to stay a night or two visiting Alberobello. Thanks for the possibility of early check-in and a luggage room. The breakfast was OK. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough.

The didn’t have heating and the bedroom was very cold

Loved this place, right in the heart of the trulli. Step outside, turn right, and in a few steps, you're there. The place is spartan but very clean. It has a vending machine, a great breakfast, and great staff. I would 100% stay here again.

My bedroom has ac and comfy pillows. The staff was lovely!

The breakfast and room is ok

No AC and electricfan is not enough. It was a rough night to go thru with the heat wave.

The location was perfect in the middle of all the action, staff were friendly, easy check in and check out, they let me check in earlier. Room was very big for one person.

The room was outdated, no a/c at 33-35 degrees which made sleeping even with a fan really uncomfortable. Kept waking up. Therefore would not recommend it you have trouble sleeping in heat. Breakfast was mediocre at best, typical sweet breakfast nothing special. Would recommend only staying here in winter.

Great location, BUT the room didn't have air conditioning, and the ventilation was making so much noise. No little fridge for refreshing in the room. The mattress was hard, and I couldn't sleep.

The location was very good, close to the attractions. The facilities weren’t luxury but for the money paid were very good. The breakfast was good.

Everything was great, the room, the staff, the breakfast and the wonderful inside terrace (smoking area).

Location is excellent in the centre of Alberobello. Parking available for just 10e per day a few minutes away by walk .

Property have an old style interior and no AC's in all rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great everything was fresh. The location was in the center of trulli perfect for those who have children and do not want to walk long distances.

The only bad thing is that it didn't have an AC only a manual one
