Poor maintenance, poor breakfast.

Poor breakfast. No breads. No eggs. Only sweet cakes etc.Shower was broken. Water leakaged out of bath zone.

First off the people are fabulous from the front desk to the restaurant to the breakfast servers. You will not find a better bargain in the area with the qualities of a First Class hotel but the cost of your own home (super great with a reasonable fee).

That we did not stay longer and we have plans to return again in two years. We were here 7 years ago and I am sure there is nothing that can compare in quality for miles around.

Everyday was cleaned room, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast.

Missing WiFi, a kettle, a cup, a glass in room326. My friend ordered the same room as me and he had a kettle, a cup and a glass in room 325. While flushing a toilet water splashed out.

Surroundings & actual hotel were nice. Pool was beautiful

Rooms are quite outdated, fridge didn’t work , safe didn’t work, power points were broken only 1 working. Water pressure was terrible. Breakfast was terrible , never anything there no matter what time you went. Apart from the manager who tried to fix things for us , everyone else not helpful & quite rude.

The location and resort as a whole was ok.

Breakfast offering and selection was poor no matter what time you attended. I was not aware that all the room features nominated on my booking actually had to be activated upon request. Thats news to me. I didnt see that in my booking docs. I think the management Need to get there act together as people like us that travel the world can see immediately when they try to put one over you.

Everything is closed during the day restaurant bar and my last day the pool was closed and we weren’t advised because of a wedding party !!!

Too much Light in the room during the night, I slept very bad (light coming from AC panel control)

Nice staff, good restaurant, cosy rooms.

A bit in the middle of nowhere, nothing around by walking.

Staff is very welcoming, Clean and good room service. Free parking available. Waitresses make good cappuccino for breakfast.

I stayed one week and had same breakfast and everyday. I hope they add some more prepared breakfast.

The poor breakfast and the menu from restaurant is looking like the smallest city when they have a poor chef without experience.

The price wasn't bad and the rooms were clean.

The staff was unpleasant and not friendly for the most part. The breakfast was not good, at all.

the staff at the reception!!!not friendly at all!!!we didn't t speak Italian and they didn't t speak English so terrible communication and they didn't even try to help!!!we won't come back!

This a 4 star hotel,right? Let's start with the room: all over the world you get a slippery, a robe, a mini ar with full goodies, duvet toaletries etc.Breakfast very poor without fresh vegetablesLanguages : On the reception desk nobody (except One) speak English. Same problem in the restaurant.
