Pros +
- Clean, quiet, and the staff were accommodating. The dinner was excellent as well, as was the breakfast. The cheese selection at breakfast was one of the best on our five-week road trip through Italy. You could easily tell the staff cared about their guests’ experience, and we even got some help carrying our luggage.
- The location is perfect, the hotel deserve all its 4 stars. The staff was really nice and polite. I arrived at night at the hotel but still, they made me the favour to keep restaurant open for me, really professional!
- We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Castegneto. The suite we stayed in was spacious, elegantly furnished and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. A big thank you to the Hotel Manager (Severio) who was exceptionally helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!
Cons -
- Did not enjoy the breakfast. Very limited choice. Would have liked some fresh fruits and more cereals/choice of pastries.

The rooms were large with a great shower and air conditioning. The pool area was lovely and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and a well stocked snack bar. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
