Lovely staff and great breakfast with a handy location

Terrible WiFi barely worked in the 10days we were there . The place needs a coat of paint and new carpets too

The restaurant and general cleanliness

Position on the noisy motorway, old structure, old furniture, malfunctioning of the room telephone and the WiFi, of some lights in the room and room temperature too cold with no chance of adjusting

We had a flight to Bari and then traveled from Bari by car along the coast. We booked Hotel HR for our last night before flight back. It's very close to the Bari airport, so it's very comfortable to stay there. The staff have been very friendly and we received all the details about the hotel in advance. They warned us in advance that pool is permanently closed and if we are looking for holiday stay, then we should look for other opportunities. Nevertheless, it's very good for 1 night stay, but you must have a car, otherwise may be quite expensive to get a taxi.

The facilities were a little rundown, but the breakfast and staff were very good. Easy parking at the premisses. Good for one night stay

Convenient and strategic Hotel for early morning flights and not only. The hotel should be renovated, but the staff is very polite and ready for advice and tips. You definitely need a car..

Not very clean. A bit awkward to find as it’s direct on motorway and hard to get in and out

Staff was fantastic

No games room, no pool, no mini frige working, air-conditioning very old (still hot in room) lifts old with no safety door sensors etc....

Stayed for 1night, we arrived late due to flight being delayed, but were greeted by very friendly staff. Location was convenient, not far from Bari airport. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast was satisfactory.

The carpet hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while, but everything else was in order.

Easy access from the port and onward journey

The restaurant was shut on the day we arrived. To access alternative restaurants a vehicle was necessary because the hotel is on a very busy road

Breakfast was more than adequate and needed a hotel with 24 hour reception because we didn't get to the hotel until 2am.

Not a place to stay for 2 week holiday as in more of a industrial area.

Bad

We booked your hotel on good faith via Booking.com. We were traveling around Bari and reached your hotel around 11:00 p.m. Happy to liaise with your reception staff and check in.Man and Lady were processing our information and allocated 5 individual rooms. There after they told us that the air-conditioning was not working.Subsequently transpired that it was a policy that they would not have air conditioning. And by law it was acceptable to not provide that service.The attitude at the time was very dogmatic and they were not prepared understand our reasoning and the booking details. Particularly the lady who couldn't care less and had walked off from the reception area.They were more keen to cancel our reservation at no cost - was all we could hear, clearly no interest of loyalty to the Hotel's business.To note we were extremely tired as we had travelled from Santa Maria to Bari. We proceeded to our rooms on 7th floor. We found the rooms baking hot and uncomfortable.We approached the two reception staff. The man (Gason) was dismissive kept saying you can cancel at no cost. The lady was dressed and ready to go home. As earlier she was adamant not to anything else except that it was policy that there was no air condition available. We showed her extract from the website (see attached pic)....... then she made a phone call to someone and reluctantly said she will switch on the air conditioning for 2 rooms. We insisted that all 5 rooms should be switched on as per our booking via Booking.com. Then in disgust she did and walked away to go home.Also to note the all 5 rooms were smelly, had to leave the balcony door open so traffic noise, shower inadequate pressure. 2 of 5 toiletsnot working adequately, flush remained trickling all night. Terrace area poorly maintained, flaky paints, cement and no furniture!Pretty much an extremely poor performance from Hotel HR and the Lady Receptionist.

It's good, definitely better than the place we were the previous night. Breakfast was good enough.

It's located by the highway on the edge of the town, I mean it's not bad but you need to have a car. There was no kettle in the room even when it was advertised there should be one. So we had to ask at the reception desk and then the employee gave us the kettle.

Nothing! The hotel is very old and out of date! Not at all like the photos it advertises. Its definitely not a 4 star hotel..2 stars the most!

Everything

The hostess (Gabriella) and her assistant (Antonella) were super helpful and attentive, giving us tips on getting to know the area.The location is fantastic... the place is super-calm, with a balcony that allows you to relax at night and everything is always very clean.An experience to be repeated!

I'd just like to point out that although the breakfast had a lot of variety, it could have included more bread. Everything else was excellent!

Nice breakfast with a lot of options.

Location. There was no bus stop or train nearby. No taxi stand. I had to walk over 2 km with my luggage to reach the nearest bus stop.

Very old and neglected hotel, worn and dirty carpet, absent comfort, even the heating is not usable. Located on a busy road without acceptable soundproofing, you sleep with noise and vibrations. Very discount breakfast.
