Holiday Inn Express Pamplona By IHG

Staff friendly and helpful

I would have liked to have a safe and a refrigerator in the room.

Very good Staff for seringnthr bulls. Staff did great.

The free parking is a great bonus and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is near a shopping mall and a large supermarket. Another advantage is the easy access to the roundabout. Excellent place for people traveling by car! The breakfast is sufficient and included in the price, which is also a great bonus.

The Holiday team is incredibly kind, and the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

The room was clean and comfortable. What I like was that my key card was also needed for operating the elevator. This gives a good security feel. Also the breakfast room was pleasant with many things to choose from.

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast wasn't great. Bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs all cold.Shower over bath seems very dated. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room

Clean, modern hotel. Breakfast included.

Late evening meal.

The room was impeccably clean and offered a comfortable ambiance. The bed, while of good quality, was rather firm and may not fully suit guests with sensitive backs. Breakfast was in keeping with the standard buffet offerings of comparable establishments, yet the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and presented in a spacious, inviting setting.

I noticed that the hotel is currently undergoing upgrades, which is encouraging. I do hope that one of these improvements will include the addition of a designated smoking room, as there were many guests who smoked and the only available area was outside the main entrance. This location was not ideal, as it positioned smokers directly in front of those entering or leaving the hotel, and there was no shelter provided during rainy weather.

fabulous breakfast with everything you could ask for. Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very comfortable and good size

Nice staff

Breakfast is quite poor honestly Not in Pamplona. But you know it when you book

Super hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern accommodation and a very good breakfast. Parking is very good and easy. Just a 10 euro taxi ride into the historical centre.

Clean and centrally located, comfortable bed and great shower. Front desk staff was great! Scheduled our taxi, helped with transportation, prepared to go breakfast for early flight!
