super friendly efficient staff who got us great tickets to the bull fight and to the running on the bulls on fairly short notice.

the room was so / so for the amount of money we paid ...but we were very happy with the overall experience

Took days to figure out what was near us/ options. Expensive. Food was just average. Room small.

Excessive dog charges

The €25 charge for a small dog was excessive. It is not published what the dog charge is, so you do not find out until you arrive at the hotel. We had a non refundable book. No choice but to pay the over priced dog charge.

We stayed here before so were happy to stay again. Best beds we have ever slept in hotel. So comfy.

Restaurant was closed..even though I checked when booking! Really disappointed as restaurant was great last time. Ate in bar which was pleasant but not exactly what we had planned.

Great location for food and shops, and a lovely modern, comfortable hotel.

The rooms could do with better soundproofing, but that's often an issue, especially with hard floors. Earplugs saw me get a great night's sleep though.

Included breakfast was not adequate for a 4 Star hotel. The coffee from the machine was a disgrace serving powder milk with sugar. Location was picked due to an event in the arena, otherwise nothing out there except for a mall with bad food.

Great location en-route to south of Spain. Great value. Restaurant wine was very good value. Lovely view from rooms at the front. Great parking.

Room did not have extra pillows - but these were available from reception. Hot breakfast was not as nice as other hotels. Restaurant menu did not have any vegetarian options.

The location is perfect for events in Navarra arena. There is a bus going to the centre every 30 minutes, make sure to get a bus card if you stay a few days and plan to use public transport.
