Pros +
- Location close to San Fermin events, but just far enough way to maintain a feeling of not being overwhelmed
- Location is excellent for walking the city. Staff was very friendly. On site bar and restaurants were good. Next to Zara
- Large modern hotel, a short walk from the bus station and near the historic center, with nice bar & cafe attached. Friendly desk & wait staff
Cons -
- Beds in Europe are too small. Not just this hotel.
- The room was a bit cramped & traffic could be noisy. Light switch & outlets only on the far side of the bed
- Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, not ideal for a pilgrim wanting to get on his way. So didn’t stay for breakfast and didn’t get full value for what I paid. Not the hotel’s fault but did you know the garbage man can come any time of day he wants in Spain?! Came at 2am and made a terrible racket emptying the main bin behind the hotel. Shook the building!!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Pamplona. It was easy to find the Camino Frances from here.
Very small room, had to wedge my way into the bathroom. But, it was private and close to everything.

Clean comfortable in a good location easy walking distance to the center but also away from the noisy busy evening. Great price compared to other places available. The staff are friendly and helpful. I needed to stay an extra night and wish they had a room available but apparently the hotel is often fully booked.
Friendly helpful staff. Perfect location.
AC swing setting wasn’t working properly so we simply moved bed: problem solved. Room was above busy street; were given different room: problem solved. Were there one night; would stay longer if need be since good location.
Attention of the staff, cleanliness, parking deal, availability of either buffet or small breakfast.
Room was on the small side for the price. Wear and tear was visible, especially in the bathroom. Old fashioned key to enter the room, and needs to be left at reception on every exit from hotel. No welcome treat, complimentary water, or something of a kind. None of that was a deal breaker for us.
great location a couple blocks from the main square. staff was really great and nice, and let us check in a few hours early, which was much appreciated. highly recommend, good value for the money
Location and staff
Very small room, a bit noisy, and very expensive due to San Fermín
Clean rooms and very comfortable.
Not sure the 15Euro breakfast buffet was the best value.
Nice staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Windows open for the fresh air.
The proximity of this hotel is perfect! We were right in the heart of the city and had a wonderful time getting around.
I didn’t like that the front desk clerk seemed overwhelmed and was pretty short. He was not rude, but was not overly hospitable. I really like feeling welcomed at the check in process, but didn’t feel it necessarily. Other than that, The hotel is beautiful and would stay again.
Very central location
No tissue paper; no lotion; buffet overpriced
Location and buffet breakfast.
Room was at the top of the stairs. Super loud and thin walls.
Great location and close to everything in Pamplona.Staff extremely helpful and friendly. I need to stay additional nights and it was easily arranged. The food at the Cafe was great and open all day.
Absolutely friendly staff. The location is nice. Exactly in the city center as we wanted.
The room was equipped with all necessary stuff.
Perfect location, best staff (Isabel, Fermin, etc), delicious food and very clean rooms.
Fabulous staff, functional room, convenient location, chic styling.
No USB ports in the room. Harsh lighting.
It is an excellent remodeled hotel in the Pamplona Center where Hemingway use to meet with famous toreadores in the city. The staff is very professional and helpful. Thanks!
