Sancho Ramirez

Very good value.

Reception Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very warm welcome for us and our dog.Great Location 30 min walk to center of Old Town great park opposite to excercise the dog.Underground parking very secure but tight spaces ( we have a Honda CRV and it was a struggle to fit in a space width and lengthways)Room was very clean.Dog permitted in reception area where we could enjoy a drink from the bar and or food from the restaurant which was great.

Interior room very hot and stuffy, AC was not working. No kettle in room.Rooms are not at all soundproof, I could hear the man next door in his shower etc...Mini fridge needed a goid clean so did not use. ( didn't seem that cold so not sure it was actually working.

The staff are very friendly, parking is very easy. It's close to where I wanted to be. The rooms are standard but served my needs perfectly and were clean. This was my second stay here and it was as good as the last.

As I said there could be more luxury but it's a reasonably priced hotel and does exactly what it promises. The lobby area is nice enough to spend time in and the cafe is friendly and fast with nice tapas.

Great location and comfy bed

Small room, not great sound proofing and due to holiday period restaurant closed early.

The room was very spacious with a nice view over the park. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful in telling us the best way to walk into the centre. We paid to park in the garage.

It was difficult to get out of the garage as the door wouldn't open.

Location and size of the room. The breakfast was enjoyable. There is a park opposite.

Hotel was as described, lovely park area opposite which was great to walk our dogs and parking outside the hotel was easy and cheap.

Good hotel, with a location close to university. There are couple of bus stops nearby and some shops and cafes. Personnel is very polite and helpful. Breakfasts are good, and you also can use restaurant during the day until 22:30

Clean and comfortable good location. Breakfast was good with good choices.

The restaurant menu was quite limited for vegetarian dishes.

located just opposite the Clinica Universitaria de Navarra and 30 min walk from the historic center of Pamplona, great value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. The staff was very nice too. Public parking right in front of the property. Gluten free options in the restaurant.
