We have and incredible time in this hotel. Very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Good location for passing through to France.Pets welcome and parking easy.

Room was a little worn with frayed headboard.No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices. Nice family room. Pets friendly, close to city center, also good restaurant.

This NH hotel is well managed, employs good trained staff and gives guests therefore a real welcoming feeling. Good restaurant and a rich breakfast in the morning. Parking underneath.

Everything was as expected. The team at the reception desk was extremely welcoming and gave us an early check-in - big shout-out to Beatrize and the team. We also found the room to be clean, well-stocked with toiletries, and spacious. The double beds were also comfortable, and the breakfast spread was very impressive. The best part of the room was the sunrise view.

Hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and I am still struggling with the restaurante. Food was good although very expensive. Menu is limited choice and for a burger you have to have it really really well done if you are British - it comes almost raw other wise.

The cafe food was disappointing so we chose to eat out in the evening instead of using the restaurant

Very clean and large room (the "junior suite", with the possibility of having two separate spaces for the kids) with views, very good and varied breakfast. One anecdote: we forgot a cloth, and they retrieved it and sent it back to our home in a different country free of charge.

Nothing really, perhaps in one of the two spaces in the room the air conditioning did not have much strength, but in the other it worked very well.

Rooms were big, very comfy beds, excellent breakfast, exceeded our expectations. Well positioned within the city. We did a tour of various cities, this was the best hotel that we stayed at.

Maybe bidet in the toilette.

as soon as we arrived, we felt us good.the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly she gave us all the tips where to go what to do in Pamplona. We had a junior suit for your stay, it was pricely very affordable. The room was very clean and spacious! especially the bathrooms. Breakfast was very good for a Spanish hotel, you have a lot of options... cheese and ham sorts... war dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon, fried veggies, and for sure sweet bakeries.

Very nice rooms and very good value for money. The superior room was worthy paying the extra few Euros. Lots of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

It is not very close to the center, but we had a car to get there.

Nice Breakfast, located in a good area, easy access to the city center by bus or 15-20mins walk. Spacious shower, good match of photos with reality.

It would be nice to find a coffee maker in the room.

Many Times I stayed this hotel I liked always, very spacious clean room, no street noise , Aircon is good . Elevator also very speedy not waited .

Not much. The sweets on reception were a nice touch and the parking underneath the hotel was very convenient and reasonable.

We have stayed in other NH hotels around Europe and were looking forward to our stay in Pamplona. However, the staff on reception greeted us very grumpily and didn't offer any help or advice about getting round Pamplona when we asked. The room was small and very shabby with peeling Formica and incredibly noisy air-con, that we had to switch off in the end. The breakfast was quite pricey for what you get and the location is quite far out, walkable but tricky in the heat. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
